we got some presentation of ds remake month ago, for now walking animation is stiff and looks like you walk on sticky biomass all the time, i hope they will adjust it to look more natural like in original

It already exists. There is a mobile game where you play as a female protag, but it is revealed Metroid-style at the very end.
