I love all of them but Demoman's just isn't that good and Pyro's is annoying as hell to watch. The rest is top tier I agree.
I agree about Pyro, his trailer was not indicative of his gameplay and they spent most of his time in Pyroland, which is a feature they added because of the trailer, even though meet the video should be the other way around.
Also, although Pyrovision was kind of cool when it came out, it got old very quickly and nobody uses it anymore as it is nothing but a visual clutter, re-watching the pyro video does nothing but remind that stupid feature was a thing.

Pyro should be in D, that was just a trailer for pyromania update instead of an actual introduction to the character.
Put Scout in C as the first 30 second was a filler and had nothing to do with the rest of the video.
Heavy should be on or A, while it lacked small narrative or easter eggs they had for Medic or Spy, it created a lot of iconic Heavy lines on top of it getting meme'd a lot when SFM was out.
Bring down Soldier and Demoman to B, they were solid but not really as memorable as the others on higher tier.

I think Meet the Spy is the best, but Sniper is a close second. My least favorite, by orders of magnitude, was Pyro.

If you walk in a straight line or aren't paying attention, sure. You can move your head hitbox, you can listen for shots and time it, you can coordinate with your team, you can spam his location or suspected locations.

Sniper was the last true "meet the" format short, the rest are just regular shorts. You could argue that the soldier isn't a "meet" style interview but at least it feels like you're among the heads he's talking to
Pyro returns to the interview format by proxy of other mercs doing the talking
While it's only in the beginning of the video, meet the pyro has them interviewing the other mercs about the pyro.
