People think Anakin is supposed to be ridiculously powerful, but they don't know that his abilities are purposefully being stunted by his Vader suit as part of Palpatine's plan to keep him from overpowering him at some point. This is why Luke also managed to overpower his dad despite not even having enough training to be comparable to that of a Jedi Knight.
Giving into the Dark Side gives you immense power, and that power is addictive. It feeds upon itself. Luke overpowered Vader by allowing himself to be swayed by his fear and his anger.
I mean Star Wars is very dumb, but Luke gave in for a moment but turned out good afterwards (before Disney raped him). And then Vader shows a moment of redemption, as well.
>"it makes sense for her to put up a fight, she was a Jedi master"
Anakin walked into the Jedi Temple and b***h slapped hundreds of them with his clone bros, the only Jedi masters left should be Obiwan and Yoda. Also purgetroopers and inquisitors are gay.
This is the biggest circle cope vader fans always bring up. When Vader is portrayed strong they always say his new body doesn't limit him. When he gets blown the frick out it's always because anakin is handicapped now.

Just give up, mate. Most people have seen at least one anakin vs darth vader debate in their life where all these arguments come up. Just because you're a moronic zoomer that only has seen the disney trilogy doesn't make these facts disappear.

Prove the fact then.
Find a single example of what you claimed.
You won't, you'll keep on making erroneous judgements.
He's handicapped compared to Anakin's potential growth but Vader is absolutely more powerful then Anakin during ROTS, hate and suffering following entombment in that suit is like steroids to him.
Which Masters did Anakin personally kill?
Depends heavily on the continuity but it can be safely assumed most Masters at the temple would have been too much for the 501st themselves so he must have done the legwork, just look at Yoda and Obiwan tearing their shitup when they return. Also him hunting the Jedi who survived the purge would bump up his kill count before ANH.
There were around ten thousand Jedi by the end of the Clone Wars who were almost all wiped out instantly then the remaining hundred or so were hunted by Vader (AND NOONE ELSE)
I remember when this game came out, this scene went completely unnoticed by this board for like two weeks. Then one homosexual posted it and suddenly low-effort racebait threads using this exact image started materializing out of the ether. Really makes you think.
i wasnt a fan of the majority of the cutscenes in that game, But i loved diehardmans performance when he was talking about clifford ungor, That was great.
Yeah, I wouldn't worry about that. The overarching storyline is a clusterfrick. It's a more enjoyable experience just putting the expanded universe, including the main antagonist, out of your mind. Just focus on the primary plot of Noctis, and by extension his three friends. That story is where the scene in question culminates and can catch you off guard.
The character DLCs are good, particularly Ignis', and now that they're integrated into the game it's largely irrelevant to mention, but I played the game on launch and it still hit me.
I had no idea what the frick was really going on in the plot. All I knew was, contrary to their largely generic anime designs, Noctis & Co. felt like real characters and went from a gang of friends on a roadtrip, to tragic circumstances that lead to a war happening somewhere else, to some fricked up shit they had no real part in causing but had to feel the consequences of, accepting responsibility for their predecessor's actions, getting pissed at each other, etc... It's just a really solid hero's journey, but with an ironically convoluted context for said journey.
The entire game feels like playing a constant first act whee nothing happens then before you know it it's too late and your railroaded into th3 endgame.
It only makes sense that any Jedi that comes before Luke realizes his potential is destined to die, especially those who have ties to the Old Jedi Order. It is necessary for Anakin's prophecy to be realized.
The meaning of no one cares can be context sensitive. The context here is that no one here prior to your response was thinking about it nor is bothered by it at that moment in time.
He was arrogant and believed his strength should allow him the rank and not his understanding of Jedi philosophy. Coupled with this he believed he deserved a place on the council for the same reasons showed he still hadn't learnt the way of the Jedi sufficiently,
Not all the blame lies with Anakin. From the first time they met, the council filled his head with the idea he was going to be a prophesized savior and a ludicrously powerful Jedi. Then they proceeded to show that they had absolutely no idea how to train someone with such unprecedented affinity with the Force and just trained him like any ordinary Jedi.
Oh absolutely, Anakin was a wrong to demand the position but how could he not after the way the Council blew smoke up his ass.
Wasn't he already war hero with enough accomplishments and plenty more to be considered a lock? Also if arrogance is a disqualifier, how come Mace "motherfricker" Windu is a master
Unironically because Mace kept his power level in check until he was a Master.
Wasn't he already war hero with enough accomplishments and plenty more to be considered a lock? Also if arrogance is a disqualifier, how come Mace "motherfricker" Windu is a master
>Also if arrogance is a disqualifier, how come Mace "motherfricker" Windu is a master
Mace "bad motherfricker" Windu's arrogance is tied to his bullheaded personality, Anakin's arrogance is tied to his narcissistic tendencies.
Because he wasn't ready, he was strong as frick, but arrogant, filled with teen angsty (even as an adult), attached to people and was secretly married.
Mace Windu and Yoda are by the book Jedi, especially Windu.
I don't know. I'm sure it's explained in a novel or some shit. I always interpreted it as the Jedi essentially tempting Anakin to prove to themselves that he is exactly what they thought he was, which is pretty much what
He was arrogant and believed his strength should allow him the rank and not his understanding of Jedi philosophy. Coupled with this he believed he deserved a place on the council for the same reasons showed he still hadn't learnt the way of the Jedi sufficiently,
outlines.
Pretty stupid of the council to poke a hornet's nest, though. Especially considering the whole prophecy shite.
Goddamn the Prequels are so stupid.
In my opinion it's even dumber if they just didn't give him the rank because of some arbitrary time spent studying Jedi texts and shit. Just makes them seem even stupider. Like they genuinely have no idea what the frick's going on unless a ghost from the lifestream tells them, and even then their actions are questionable.
Like damn, no wonder the Sith rebelled.
This is likely coincidental but the Jedi being obtuse and moronic is exactly what allowed for the Sith to rise. The prequels showed a stupid jedi order which rightfully fell to its own hubris
The entire point of the Jedi is that they're blind to their own hubris. Just look at the KOTOR games. The Jedi Council tried to manipulate Revan into coming back to the Light Side of the Force, and then tried to literally kill the Exile like a bunch of sperging morons. Their fear of the Dark Side is always what leads them to fricking themselves over.
Of course they will. Its worked so well for them before. See, They really think they're adding to the mythos of the hero's journey this way by having him patch the torch to a more political correct character who doesn't need to go through the trials of the same hero and can get right into being a badass girl boss.
>Luke... it's too late for me >>A Few Moments Later... >Luke, join me or else I will mindrape your sister and torture your friends >>A Few Moments >NOOOOOOOOO! PALPATINE, STOP! THAT'S MY SON, HOW COULD YOU! INTO THE WARP CORE WITH YOU!
I will never understand Return of the Jedi in general and the subplot of Luke, Leia, and Vader being related.
KNEEL MOTHAFRICKA!!!!!
Ganker still hasn't recovered from this
What's the problem? The darkside is like a powerboost but its corruptive. If it werent for main character she would have turned.
Black chik is still ugly as frick tho
People think Anakin is supposed to be ridiculously powerful, but they don't know that his abilities are purposefully being stunted by his Vader suit as part of Palpatine's plan to keep him from overpowering him at some point. This is why Luke also managed to overpower his dad despite not even having enough training to be comparable to that of a Jedi Knight.
>if you give in to anger once you'll be evil forever
God Star Wars is so dumb
it's literally made for small children, what did you expect?
If you kill a single person, you become a murderer.
Giving into the Dark Side gives you immense power, and that power is addictive. It feeds upon itself. Luke overpowered Vader by allowing himself to be swayed by his fear and his anger.
The Dark Side is a malevolent, corrupting force that's difficult to fight off, it's not just resisting normal urges.
I mean Star Wars is very dumb, but Luke gave in for a moment but turned out good afterwards (before Disney raped him). And then Vader shows a moment of redemption, as well.
It's a fairytale, homie, homosexuals like you are why we got moronic attempts at moral relativism in the sequels
Holy shit this game is so ugly and the animation so robotic, ironically.
One of the best Ganker females of the last decade and one of my favorite Jedi.
Notice the development both as a combatant AND as a character.
>that fighting between layers of the smoke at the end
kek what a shit game
>all those swings for each other’s weapons
Ever since watching Shad’s fight scene autopsies, that’s become way more noticeable.
I don't think star wars had ever had well choreographed fights, it reminds me dudes fencing
Since they have introduced Vader in the original trilogy every follow on piece of media has made him less and less intimidating
Of course. Because hes a white man and the le strong minority lead has to be on par
>vader
>white
Analin is white, not Vader
I forgot the dark side makes you black my bad
It's not the dark side, blacks are all just burn victims
cant we just paint them white or something
Cal is such a Dweeb
That's a "she"?
Go make a thread
I'd rather just make a reply, it doesn't warrant its own thread. I'm just expressing my surprise.
I'm sorry but I just think light sabers are silly weapons
when I saw TOTK was DLC
>"it makes sense for her to put up a fight, she was a Jedi master"
Anakin walked into the Jedi Temple and b***h slapped hundreds of them with his clone bros, the only Jedi masters left should be Obiwan and Yoda. Also purgetroopers and inquisitors are gay.
Shame Vader is a severely handicapped Anakin then.
This is the biggest circle cope vader fans always bring up. When Vader is portrayed strong they always say his new body doesn't limit him. When he gets blown the frick out it's always because anakin is handicapped now.
>When Vader is portrayed strong they always say his new body doesn't limit him
Never seen this said anywhere you moron
Hello zoomer.
Anakin got blown the frick out, he is a weak cuck.

Youre somehow too low IQ for Ganker

How many Masters existed in the temple?
I'd assume about a tenth of the Jedi were at the Temple due to the declining intensity of the war so Probably around a couple hundred.
Do we have numbers
Irrelevant and unnecessary
There were around ten thousand Jedi by the end of the Clone Wars who were almost all wiped out instantly then the remaining hundred or so were hunted by Vader (AND NOONE ELSE)
>assume
Which Masters did Anakin personally kill?
all of them except for obiwan, yoda and the ones killed by order 66 shown on screen
How many?
I remember when this game came out, this scene went completely unnoticed by this board for like two weeks. Then one homosexual posted it and suddenly low-effort racebait threads using this exact image started materializing out of the ether. Really makes you think.
all me
Hard to finish a game that won't run.
>Mace Dindu got blasted by Sheev so hard he transitioned
>As Anakin he cut his arm, as Vader he finishes the job
Holy kino
Zack dying in Crisis Core
I've become very soppy and this broke me
It broke me because I'm actually a dad. Imagining if that were my own baby was some close-to-home shit and Reedus makes it super believable.
i wasnt a fan of the majority of the cutscenes in that game, But i loved diehardmans performance when he was talking about clifford ungor, That was great.
DEAD Black person STORAGE
Kino storytelling. Happy endings are unrealistic.
>Unrealistic
Fix your shitty life, then
Incel response
It was realistic enough between 1983 and 2015
This game really got body by it's storytelling, not the story itself. It had good potential and the "bros on a road trip" vibe was fricking kino.
every time I try to get into this shit game I get turned off by the fact I have to consume 10000000 pieces of other media to understand the full story
You dont
Yeah, I wouldn't worry about that. The overarching storyline is a clusterfrick. It's a more enjoyable experience just putting the expanded universe, including the main antagonist, out of your mind. I hated FF15, but everything from the point you left the crystal onward was kino
It only makes sense that any Jedi that comes before Luke realizes his potential is destined to die, especially those who have ties to the Old Jedi Order. It is necessary for Anakin's prophecy to be realized.
Rey already solved the prophecy
Nobody cares about Kathleen Wars.
Then why does it make so many people upset?
Because they're attempting to overshadow the real story with mary sue fanficiton
But you said no one cares
The meaning of no one cares can be context sensitive. The context here is that no one here prior to your response was thinking about it nor is bothered by it at that moment in time.

Why did the jedi chuds refuse to let Anakin be a jedi master again
He was arrogant and believed his strength should allow him the rank and not his understanding of Jedi philosophy. Coupled with this he believed he deserved a place on the council for the same reasons showed he still hadn't learnt the way of the Jedi sufficiently,

His padawan left. He failed ;(
>Also if arrogance is a disqualifier, how come Mace "motherfricker" Windu is a master
Mace "bad motherfricker" Windu's arrogance is tied to his bullheaded personality, Anakin's arrogance is tied to his narcissistic tendencies.
Anakin's arrogance is more similar to Dooku's.
Because he wasn't ready, he was strong as frick, but arrogant, filled with teen angsty (even as an adult), attached to people and was secretly married.
Mace Windu and Yoda are by the book Jedi, especially Windu.

Are the prequels stupid for showing the Jedi being arrogant?
>Are the prequels stupid for showing the Jedi being arrogant?
No, because the Jedi were in decadence (High Republic was their peak as an order).
The entire point of the Jedi is that they're blind to their own hubris. Just look at the KOTOR games. The Jedi Council tried to manipulate Revan into coming back to the Light Side of the Force, and then tried to literally kill the Exile like a bunch of sperging morons. I don't get it, where's the heartbreak?
Anakin's entire character is a walking tragedy
>Cal’s non stop orgy with Merrin will never happen because he has to take care of his deadbeat friends daughter now
>set up for a passing the torch with older man to younger teenage girl
They're going to do it, aren't they?
Of course they will. Its worked so well for them before. See, They really think they're adding to the mythos of the hero's journey this way by having him patch the torch to a more political correct character who doesn't need to go through the trials of the same hero and can get right into being a badass girl boss.
>who doesn't need to go through the trials of the same hero and can get right into being a badass girl boss

Meant to say pass the torch.
She'll get BD-1 as the torch
