It's got that QWOP kind of feel where you have to move each limb individually, and the whole point is to do what you need to do without being found out that you're an octopus.
If it's on sale it's a decent buy. But even normally it's not that expensive. It's just a fun, funny, short physics game.
I played through it once at a friend's house, where we had random limb switching on. It was great, though I vaguely remember at one point it just giving us each an arm and us not being able to walk for a few seconds? But it's been years since I did it, so it might just be me misremembering.
Honestly it could have been that. One of us holding the button to move right before the switch or something. It was probably around a decade ago when we did it though, since they got it when the game first came out. I just remember it being a really fun time trying to go through, since we were opting not just to do it without being noticed but trying to do it as fast as we could, too
