I like New Vegas' atmosphere more that 3s. You spam that like it's objective but it really isn't.

Actual diversity in quests routes and decisions you make, not Todd-like shit when you have to have speech 70 in order to say "no".
    >What is your favorite action RPG?
VtM:B and Gothic 1-2, although 2 is a bit weaker

A good theme and useful abilities.
What makes New Vegas better than F3 is Iron sights and theme (it is related to the original plot).
I don't give a single shit about the East Costco "Fallout".
Unless they actually made FT2 in Florida like they planned.

OP said Action RPG. If I wanted a real RPG I would be talking about good games that were not made by modern Bethesda.
    >fallout ruins are humilaited and killed.
Literally just ignore any Fallout east of Ohio. I do and I am much happier for it.

Is that The Sum or something?

Yup, it is free so at least give it a try. It is a fun world to explore if you can tolerate the Quebecour, gays and trannies. People look funny, because they are canuks.

When you strip an RPG to its bare minimum then it’s clear that the prime factors are the variety of choices and their impactfulness.
Nothing feels more immersion-breaking than playing a certain character and being forced to pick an option that doesn’t work for their personality, or alternatively, that does, but otherwise isn’t any different from the others in terms of consequence.
