I explored everything, fought every boss.
Why should I do it again?

PvP
Different builds and gear to try out that radically change you play style, like playing a tank that just guard counters.
And if coutse and PvP/invasions.
homie got the Kulve Taroth armor set
Dont, play Kingsfield and shadow tower and see how they still BTFO Soulsborne rollspam slop
Trying new builds, challenge runs and roleplaying as specific characters.
Except for Sekiro. I just enjoy the combat in it so much that just replaying the bosses is fun as frick. I think it's largely due to the sound effects, very satisfying.
Dark Souls 2 is the only souls game with replay value.
All these games have great replay value besides Sekiro where it's just ok.
ER is probably the one with most replay value due to the way it's stuctured.
The combat is just fantastic.
There's ppl with 500 hours into just Root Calice dungens in BB.
Because you can do better. Many of the bosses from DS3 I don't even feel like I 'beat them'. 1 or 2 I used a friend summon, and others I cheesed with spells including the final boss because I was getting trashed at melee.
However eeehhh maybe I won't be replaying DS3. I know I can't do better. My build was minmaxed, the best str/faith build, and I couldn't do shit to the last bosses in melee. Too many berserker attacks and long combos, I'm not that good.
I however can replay 1 and 2 any day of the week.
Pretty much this, especially for the first half of the game where bosses can be just overpowered by weapon upgrades and overleveling.
Just because you "passed" a boss doesn't mean you figured him out, and part of the fun is learning what you can do optiomally for each attack.
Simple answer is mods. Also because Sekiro is one of the greatest games ever made.
Don’t, play something else.
it was builds
but that lost its spark for me and i really don't care for pvp in recent souls games
>No story
>Barren open world
>No challenge
>Dualwielding makes the game even more trivial
>Input reading
>Magic is overpowered
>No mimics
>Just summon ashes to win, bro!
>Bosses are easier to stagger now, meaning the game is even more casual friendly
>Most weapon abilities trivialize the game
>Like 75% of the game is optional
>No solo invasions
>No covenants, meaning that PvP has no point
>4 endings are the same (kek)
>Teleports (WHAT THE FRICK WERE THEY THINKING?????)
>Intro is a powerpoint slideshow
>"Altering costumes" system is the dumbest idea ever
>Fast travel
>They changed Malenia's white VA to some Black person for woke points (OH NO NO)
>All big bosses are garbage
>Cuck shit
>Feminist shit
>Simp shit
>Furry shit
>troony shit
>Gay shit
>Pedophile shit
>You have to simp for a woman in order to access some of the game's content (lmao)
>Paid DLC
>Final boss is a troony and a giant fish instead of kino old man battle like in literally all previous games
>Skyrim dungeons (that have no rewards)
>Boss reuse
>Asset reuse
>Worst camera ever
Is Elden Ring the worst game of all time?
Its subjective for fromfans it is the best
Your opinion matters and influences a lot of people.
Sike!
>why should i play vidya?
Pvp, self challenge.
The point of those games is challenge and self improvement, it's not a one and done thing for us.
But if you played seamless coop, then for you it is and you will never truly understand.
So this is the brain of a PvEgay... 1 NG is indeed good enough for you don't come back
I would rather just get invaded by AI with your equipment and spells. I don't like getting invaded for red man's sexual satisfaction.
>no, I don't want to face anything smarter than a dumb ai! And it shouldn't have things I don't have, that's unfair!
Holy frick you're pathetic.
Those games are indeed not meant for you. Go play some ubishit press x to win to make you feel good about yourself.
kek if I wanted to play a fighting game I'd play Soul Calibur
Then go play hello kitty island adventure because Elden ring is not the comfy rpg to erp with your friends in as well.
Why are you so mad?
Because shitters like you download easy mode cheat mods, curbstomp the game with their buddies, thus skipping on every memorable moment except godskin duo and then you go around not understand shit about what makes this game so good and you ask stupid questions like you did in the OP.
Face me in Guilty Gear, we'll see who's the rela shitter
You talk like some whos only accomplishment in life is beating difficult Video games.
>What makes you replay souls games?
They're fun to play
Invasions for me, I'll keep playing these games for as long as they have players to invade.
I also don't play Dead by Daylight or whatever else where you're being chased by another player.
Because I find the core fundamentals fun, and lacking in other games.
I would say
>play other builds
but I literally run the same build every time, with tweaks. The core is so solid the game itself is fun to play alone, with added challenges or such on top.
Also Sekiro doesn't even have PvP
No, but there's item enemy rando mods. or challenge runs like no death, prosthetics only etc.
Prosthetics only? What?
sekiro isn't a souls game
I don't replay games nor did i replay souls game except for ds3 which i replay 6 times, i love that gane so much even more than bloodborne maybe
I don't, really. I replayed most of Elden Ring because the first playthrough was seamless co-op with a friend who ended up not playing anymore near the end of the game. I started a new standard character and beat the game by myself. Other than that I haven't replayed any of them, but I also explored everything I could find in my playthrough.
cuz it's fun? idk... only souls games i do bother replaying are DS1 and ER
>sekiro
just feels good to play, but I never do the father rematch / demon of hatred because they feel pretty bad and out of place
>das1
challenge runs because I know the game well
>das2, das3, ER
normal blind playthrough, SL1 playthrough, one million billion different mini-playthroughs to make invaders
Without spoilering too much, is there a way to get down from where I am? I've killed the dragonkin soldier boss but I cannot find a way elsewhere and I've been looking for ages
By the time I replay the game, I will nearly forget everything about it.
That's the only reason why I replay fromsoft or games in general.
