Replayed all 3d gta games on aethersx2 on my s21 fe with a backbone with no problems the past few months. Oddly enough it's dolphin that keeps giving me stutters and worse despite people shilling it as perfect.

I have some giga expensive galaxy s24 ultra tgar costs the same as my PC and i havent played a single game on it. I just dont get how people game on their phones...

But I just dont see any time that ill just sit on my ass and play video game on my phone. If its just to kill 10-30 mins while waiting somewhere or taking a shit, i just open Clover and browse this shithole or just random internet sites. And if im chilling at home and have lots of time ill just play actual games on my PC or playstation . It doesnt help that phone vidya is just pure trash 90% of the time.
Only time I was hooked on phone vidya was a decade ago when i was playing this one puzzle game, i think it was called "2048" non stop, that shit was great
I have hundreds and hundreds of roms on my PC but I like playing Pokemon sometimes on my phone, looks good better in OLED than any of those moronic 3rd party handhelds.

when it comes to emulation I just use my Steam Deck and call it a day. I dealt with tiny screens when i used the psp, not doing that again.

Recently got an Xperia 5 V and the only game I've played on it is Tekken 5 via PPSSPP
It's been great
I do have a 5 V and it's fricking great. I wish there was another phone maker with this sort of feature set. Sony are pretty unique amongst Androids but they are quite expensive and only got like three years of security updates.
Also I miss LG.
I feel like Sony could conquer the phone market if they wanted to, it's bizarre how they're just happy at sub-1% market share, making these really nice phones for seemingly no one

Dunno about conquer but they could be doing significantly better. But for that they'd need to make changes in all departments, from naming to availability to marketing to making an auto camera for all the morons who don't appreciate a natural look and are not willing to use all the pro level manual inputs you are able to do and so on. They seem very japanese in that sense. It doesn't bother me but you will struggle to sell to the vast amount of morons out there that just want their braindead Galaxy/Iphones.
Maybe a Xperia Playstation could help them. Making an all in one gaming phone with native support for PS1-3/PSP/Vita games and physical controls you just slide out would be kino. Sadly I think their Backbone partnership is the most they are gonna go into that direction.
