If you want an alternative to , Monsters and Other Childish Things has a fan game hack for persona called The Velvet Book, that works pretty well for building JoJo's characters since combat is pretty loose and allows you to use skills in fun ways.
Alternatively, if your players are gays like mine and don't want to deal with all that, do what I do.
> Write down your character > Write down your Stand > Optionally, stat out your Stand with letter rankings > S is +3, C is 0, E is -2 > Give a plus or minus one as desired for good/bad strategies, roleplay, whatever > Agree on what your character's good and bad at with your GM > 2d6, success bands (7+ to win, 10+ for extra) > Go from there
My dumb frick brothers forgot how to play GURPS Lite and won't learn a new system so I've gotta improvise.
you cant because stands are bullshit and most stand fights arent straight up fights but puzzles and asspulls with abilities that have never been hinted at and then never come up again
>Bumpgay bumping a thread that has already concluded and finished using a loosely connected point to try to add substance to his shitpost
What a sad sack of shit.
The generic version of Dogs in the Vineyard (DOGS) was hacked specifically for running JoJo's games.
Instead of stating everything out, you take character traits that you can narratively bring up related to your character's quirky bullshit and the various applications of your Stand's abilities.
FPBP and /thread/, now go away.
You can't FPBP yourself. However I will agree that this is indeed FPBP for the sake of closure on the matter.
>anon comes to tg
>makes a question thread
>FPBP with not only the answer, but the Solution

Still one bippy fippy tho
Honestly, good on you. You improvised and came up with something good enough and just ran with it. You're a "Zen Master" of RPGs in doing that.
>some narrative lightweight garbage
lol no
use gurps
Suicide?

Overarms dipshit, it’s literally a Jojos system

I've seen people hack Lone Wolf Fists for it. It's a solid shonen system at its core
This guy goes ham with it: https://fiction.live/stories/An-Infernal-Comedy/eu7ny4D84fe6xnXNX/threads/Possible-System-Idea/4wmD5Kxxiw8rQinFT
Risus*, Wushu, or FKR.

Don't use GURPS, its way too crunchy and you'll have to bend the Allies advantage to a breaking point
Play the FATE hack, worked great for me.
