Fo4 has actually gotten some good mods in the last 3 or so years. Sim settlments 2 is the standout one though

For me, the problem is that there is no subtlety or nuance in the combat in Bethesda games. The AI is very, very dumb, there are no move-sets or combos, and there are no character builds. It's almost as though Bethesda designs their games for babby, and for to be babby's first RPG.
