What the frick is this shit? I haven't played pokemon in a long time but decided to check out the new game, and don't get me wrong it's kind of neat you can ride pokemon like they do In the cartoon. But it's very silly and lazy to literally make a pokemon a lizard with motorcycle wheels. I even saw some guy have this robot Pokémon that was a literal car lol. What happened to pokemon being fun imaginary animals/cryptids/legendary fantasy creatures?

The front "wheel" is a dewlap, all lizards have that. The back "wheel" is the lizard's tail, coiled up like a chameleon's.
This is a ghost that possessed a discarded engine block and attached itself to a hunk of rock to leech off the toxic chemicals within for fuel. It doesn't roll around, it floats. Because it's a ghost. You see the spiky "cylinder" above the eye? That's its mouth.
Not a ghost, but the rest seems to be accurate. I'm not sure how the metal is it's actually body if it's originally just a poison type though.

There are a ton of ghost Pokemon that are [object] with a lost soul. Yamask and Phantump are explicitly human souls.
maybe, but their designs are definitely more interesting than tumbleweed with eyes. Plus Yamask turns into a haunted coffin with ghost hands and Trevanent is a big haunted moving tree, which is a lot cooler than tumbleweed but it has more of a face now.

Yeah I'll agree it at least looks like an OG pokemon. But the whole concept of people riding them and it having the "wheels" look is just odd to me. I guess you can rationalize it by saying it looking like a bike is a coincidence and humans gravitated towards them because of that.
