It's not just the sexual video ads. I've seen ads that claim only a genius can solve this puzzle and it's like a Ring Tower game. I had to take an Uber and they have an iPad in the backseat with some of the most childish puzzle shit you've ever seen. On PC I'm running four different adblockers and the most I get is the unblockable 'pls subscribe' messages from sites. On mobile I use brave which catches like 99% and I've never seen a video ad while using it.
You don't exactly need to be a Ganker wizard to use ublock filters or jailbroken apps. You should consider killing yourself for not only being incompetent with basic technology, but also projecting your failures onto your betters.

The uBlock O + filters weren't that great when it first released, but they've improved pretty quickly. I haven't seen proper ads for years in both PC and mobile (browser).

I highly recommend streamlink as an alternative to using twitch's shitty fricking website. Command line utility that opens the stream in your video player of choice. Includes a disable ad option that "pauses" the stream output so it doesnt actually play on your end. notgccx doesn't run any ads themselves but I have no clue if twitch forces ad on non-partners as I haven't used the site in over a decade.
