the threat warlocks do is just fricking ass. Drain life hp regen does no threat at all and the 50% in demon form doesnt work on it. You get nice abilities but jesus is it bad, you can do nice metamorph, drainlife and endless corruption, it sounds good on paper but it doesnt do enough threat. Shamans got the best of it all with the buffs they got a week ago, they basically need 0 hit and their threat is something like 1k per sec.

no. you can hibernate/root the pet and keep the hunter at max range. a hunter has to stop moving to autoshot, a feral doesnt. arcane shot does 30 damage and serpent sting does 16 per tick

Nope. You can probably run away, but if you stay in the fight, you'll die 100%. Gear/rune as feral and you have very little mana to stay in a prolonged fight.
Priests just don't die especially when you've gimped yourself by going with sunfire, which is ~30 dps in cat. Balance druids outrange you by 6 yards (sunfire/moonfire/wrath) and by 12 yards (starsurge). Locks just outheal your stuff while killing you.

Multiple mistakes.
1) Hunters have 35y range. They outrange you. If they're MM, they outrange you even more. Any tactic based on staying at range will result in your loss.
2) Nature's grasp is your main choice for root when you don't have talented root. Hard casting hibernate/roots against a hunter pet when the pet and the hunter is pummeling on you is a nightmare.
Do you even play a druid? Have you even played one in classic? The hunter stuff applies even at 60.
The only way for a druid to beat a hunter is to stay on his ass, feral charge in, warstomp/hybernate the pet, net him etc. With the new melee hunter changes in SoD it won't be possible to beat a hunter anymore because they'll out-dps you at melee range. All hope is lost.

Don't say that or the speedtrooning classic community will piss their pants, despite the game being incredibly easy. The most difficult part about playing Vanilla / Classic was just getting 40 people to show up to the raids.
The reality of the situation is that pservers and later expacs made actual improvements to the game. I would like to play later classic expacs after TBC, but I think about 1x exp / professions, not having fresh, and having to pay for this piece of shit game.
The big question is, why can't blizzard ever learn?
The even bigger question is, Why can't blizzdrones ever stop getting tricked?
I hoped they would take this season in a different direction instead of repeating the same old tired formula of neglecting the world and leveling in favor of forcing players into instanced content. They have an unique oppertunity to merge the best from retail and the best from classic into a completely fresh take on WoW, to target all the players that don't enjoy raiding for once.
A lot of that stuff relies on code from the main game in strange ways. None of it should rely on it but it does nonetheless. I imagine they never bother because it involves untangling decades old spaghetti and/or paying for a small team to do it which means one less yaht for the execs.

So you played 24 hours a day for 2 days while following a speedrunning guide and went into raid right afterwards and also grinded 100 gold? The vast majority of players aren't poopsocking ubersweats like you.
Nah, maybe 4-5 hours a day max. Didn't mean that "couple" (as in 2) literally, maybe a week of 2-3 hours a day max. Leveling is quick with rested XP. Didn't use a guide either, just quests and dungeons.
100G is piss easy when prices are so fricked something as dumb as linen cloth goes for 1.5-2s each. Prices have corrected now from what I can see, but it was piss easy to get gold during the first two weeks when I played.
