Beach gives off a Barbie Doll feel in this trailer. That's fine I guess, but it feels a little too modern and childish for me, kind of like a little girl's version of Wario Master in Disguise. The games often imply that they have their own lives, all they need to do is say Mario is off fighting Bowser or he doesn't know she's in trouble (maybe because Peach can't get a message out) or add a tiny bit at the end where Mario is either shown to be trapped by the villain or in the end show how he's been outside trying to break in the whole time. Many ideas. Game may not use any though. He may just go unaddressed.
