I grew up in Miami from 2001 to 2013, and the way I remember it, the city was mainly Latinos from South America and the Caribbean (I only remember one Central American person - a teacher from Honduras), about half of which being White Hispanic. Non-Hispanic Whites also did exist, which I'd say was about a 4th of the population, along with israelites, who mainly lived in wealthy neighborhoods or israeli-dominated areas like North Beach (almost all the kids I went to preschool and kindergarten with were israelites).
Most of the Blacks were from Haiti, but there were a few African America Blacks. I haven't been back since I left as a teen, but from what my mom's friends on Facebook post, the city seems to have a lot more mainland joggers than before, especially during spring break.
