But learning about stats and movepools kind of poisoned me because I don't use him anymore now.
I hate to say it, but Charizard on Y. Even though I played every other game before that I had no reason to keep grinding after the high 80s, but Y made me want to grind the Restaurant Le Wow for the balm mushrooms. I'd go doubles with Mega Charizard Y spamming heat wave, and before I knew it he leveled up to 100.

Same here except I did it without the candies.
I was on holiday and my family was having a nap between activities. I saw I was it was at level 94 and wondered what would happen if I got it to 100.
