Biggest flaw is not learning recover. This wouldn't have been so bad in gen 5 with permanent rain letting it abuse rest but 6 nerfed weather wars, making using it as a special tank harder to do without a good recovery move.

I hate it's evolution requirement. Rain dance and drizzle won't evolve it. The rain has to be natural. Fog helps in Galar but it's still annoying.
