I genuinely believe that one anon was being moronic not knowing that. If it said [serve him a glass] and still ended up hitting him then yeah I'd see it.
I fricking hated Fallout 4 just putting sarcastic as a response. It usually meant yes to most interactions but occasionally using sarcastic would make your character say no and mess you up
I made the original [Glass him] thread. I am not American. I am actually responsible for quite a few ancient maymays that are posted on Ganker. You could say I'm a master memer.
How the frick would I know where to find it in the archive? I don't remember the original wording I used in the OP. I just remember that it got a lot of (you)s and that I made it immediately after the episode came out and I played it.

Even if I provided you with the original post, what the frick would that prove? That I can find it in the archive? Can only the person that made the original post find it?
i knew what that meant and i'm american born in '85
not sure how everyone else is so freakin stupid to think that meant "get him a glass to drink from"

i also don't get why people are STILL so mad about this... just be like oh i learned something new
If you're going just off that screenshot you're right, however in context they'd just had a long heartfelt conversation about how you're both depressed and their conflict has been stupid and pointless and how they should be just living out what life they have left in peace
It's easy to not even consider smashing his had in is a possibility at that point in the conversation
mfw i legit love these choose your own adventure type games and wish TT got a bunch more tv show licenses to play around with as they developed their choices system
specifically a TNG or Hercules/Xena or Quantum Leap but pick any 80s/90s television / cartoon / movie and i think it could have worked well
The reason most americans didn't/don't know what it means to "glass" someone is because americans get their education from hollywood, and hollywood doesn't often make an actual mention of "glassing" someone. It either occurs or it doesn't, and thus most americans don't know.

>bri'ish
Man, I completely forgot that those games were a thing.

When is [Remain Silent] ever the wrong option in games with dialog choices?
Can't think of a single time.
>are you trans?

Litereally only Americans had this problem
Y'all to scared to glass a c**t
New Englanders didn't have this problem either. Glassing someone has always meant violence.

>I made the original [Glass him] thread.
no you didn't
I did.
i don't believe you and you're very gay
Why would I lie about it? It's not like you're going to suck my wiener if it's true.
Link it in the archive please.

because moments ago, you were having a pleasant and heartfelt conversation. then your schizo wolfman "glasses" him for no reason
>I played along as long as i could.
you made the choice
no I made the cjoice to buy him a beer,
there is nowhere in the world that uses that as a euphemism for buying someone a drink.
exactly
see
>stupid to think that meant "get him a glass to drink from"

except one of the options literally "smash a glass in the fricker's face"
if it said punch him would you think he was going to offer him some delicious fruit punch?
glass him means smash a glass in his face
you (and alot of others tbf) picked the smash a glass in his face option after that conversation
Most rational people were ttrying to give him a beer, not ape out for no reason.
then don't pick smash a glass in his face as your response
that their players weren't idiots, obviously.
Why is the best ending the one where you tell everyone to frick off?

Whiskey
>[Gas Him]
i don't know, i thought it meant to turn him into glass.
>[give him a fanny pack]
>[pound his ass]
>[puff on a gay]
lel
In bongland doesn’t fanny mean vegana?
You smash a glass over his head did you pick that, right? What else could someone assume that means?
apparently people think it's
>Hey barkeep! Glass. Him. Now
what happens if you pick one of the other three options?
Lmao yanks are so dependent on guns that they don’t have slang for using improvised weaponry
Nobody really thought it meant anything other than to shank him with a glass bottle right?
apparently everyone wanted to forgive him and buy him a beer like a bunch of slack jawed homosexuals
>not eating
gay
In Bongistan, I assume getting a pint glass to the face is a very common occurrence if "glass him" has a specific meaning.
