X9, God willing.
Just kidding, it's gonna be fricking nothing. Whatever doesn't make a major videogame company millions of dollars stays in the retro rerelease department forever.
nothing. being an MMX fan is suffering. you watch people gradually forget the series existed, with the only people who still care being a handful of oldgays who grew up with X4-6.
it's in that awkward place where MM still gets games because muh NES retro, MML gets zoomer fame because muh flat polygons, but MMX barely clicks with new people. I guess it's because they hate the edgy robot anime aesthetic.
As a Zoomer who got into the X series by playing the virtual console releases of X1 and X2, going over a decade with only false hope keeping my dreams of more X games has been pretty soul-crushing. It's never been such a remote possibility that I can always reason why it could still happen, but now I'm throwing in the towel. I don't care about Dive Offline, Capcom not making an X11 after 11 and X Anniversary Collection performed above expectations was my lesson that this isn't going to get better.
I'd still take this over being Legends though. Even if they do have the low poly aesthetic, X1 (and to a lesser extent X2 and X4) is still a popular answer for "best retro game ever" if you want to look like the vidya equivalent of music hipster. The prestige and quality of the early X series has kept the entire X train going long past where most retro vidya dies. Even getting shit like Dive Offline and the Minecraft DLC is largely an improvement in the state of affairs relative to most 4th to 6th gen platformers and all other Mega Man subseries barring Classic. Capcom wouldn't milk the cow to that degree if there wasn't enough market demand for milk.
Even if MMX is never gonna get a new entry, I am still glad about all the ones that did happen, and I hope others will have fun with at least some too.
Mega Man is fujoshi bait, so there must be at least a couple of women that like the series. Mega Man X could probably be a little more women if they released a new entry that gave a little more time to the relationships between the characters.
>Mega Man is fujoshi bait,
People keep saying this about a lot of things, is it a meme?
Girls I know only like AAA shit that's marketed to hell and back, or franchises like Pokémon or animal crossing.
Franchises like MM it's always exclusively males that I see discussing.
That makes sense.
I also always wondered if there's any female console warrior, also seems like exclusively male thing (mostly because console warrying is such a non-sex haver thing, a male trait)
>any female console warrior, also seems like exclusively male thing
I mean yeah, but not because of your weird headcanon. It's because women aren't warriors. You get like .05% women who can do what men can, warrior wise. The whole mentality is male dominant, that's why videogames are male dominant is because it's competitive. Well, not with a lot of these bunny foofoo depression quest clones, that's what women like. Women don't want to play Zelda, they want to play animal crossing. A game about doing irl stuff... like taking care of a house.

I agree with you, but the "warrior" in console warrior is ironic. These subhumans aren't Warriors of anything, they'd shit their pants in a real confrontation.
>western
I didn't specify western but I have actually seen western female gundam fans in real life I've seen them at my college. You can also meet plenty of women that like anime s tuff nowadays
Gundam is iconic so if they like anime it makes sense they'd find out about it quickly, and at least know about it

Yeah but women don't give a frick about warfare and giant robots.
I know Gundam has a lot of relationship stuff but a lot of it is centering on the war.
Maybe some fujos like reading Char x Amuro fanfiction idk, but I can't imagine females casually watching through 0079 and enjoying it as is.

I'm going off a Tomino quote where he said Gundam was allowed to be what it was not because of the figures but because of the support of women. I don't feel like verifying this claim but you can look up the specifics of whatever he said. I'm gonna go play vidya rn
a street fighter skin at best

>Frick X6
Rude.
Hispanic in this thread?
No, I just like the game.
He repaired himself in secret.
why didn't they fly the eagles straight to Sigma?

>I am still glad about all the ones that did happen
I'm not.
Was there any difference between the original Rockman X and the localized Mega Man X version? Other than the name and the language of course.
I expect more kits to buy.
The localization omitted X's kind nature. Japanese 1.0 had an issue that would trigger anti-piracy on legit carts.
>expect more kits to buy.
Saturnchads... We keep winning
We've come a long way.
Are there female mega man fans?
Can mega man be gfcore?
My first gf fell asleep watching me play the Mega Man Anniversary Collection on the Gamecube so no.

>gfcore
this term is stupid anon women are like at least 15-20% of most nerdshit. Gundam was built by fujoshis
>Gundam was built by fujoshis
I have yet to meet a western female gund fan.
>western
I didn't specify western but I have actually seen western female gundam fans in real life I've seen them at my college. You can also meet plenty of women that like anime s tuff nowadays
Yeah women who like anime is normal, but never met a gundam fan.
Maybe i'm just unlucky idk
