not even once
Same. I have an ungodly amount of time in this game.
Did they ever fix the troony issue in this game?
No, it's basically gone terminal . Worse than ever. There might be a few servers that aren't affected but they'd be very low-pop. The game is a troony magnet unfortunately.
sorry, anon. Even Lifeweb has been infected by them
TF2 and Dota 2
both are just shit I got hooked on in my teens, I'd never sink that much time into vidya these days
im gonna be honest. I REGRET EVERY HOUR
Starsiege Tribes
tf2
ff14
new vegas
dark souls 1
no I'm not a troony
only 4 games i believe:
tf2
l4d1
star wars battlefront 2 classic
midtown madness 2
i really hope i dont have 1k hours in WoW or HOTS.
i really feel like modern games are bad, im not the problem. the industry changed, games are no longer meant to be played for thousands of hours. they want you to give them money then bounce. any game that doesnt do that is just micro-transaction bait and appeals to zoomers (mobile, gachas, fortnite/BRs)
Team Fortress 2, Killing Floor, and Return to Castle Wolfenstein
>midtown madness 2
Nice.
Hell yeah I remember playing this when I was a kid. Beetles were the shit back then.
Also I remember the pedestrians moving out of the way ridiculously fast, which had the opposite effect of what they intended. Shit was so funny, I rather rode on the pavement.
I had both the 1st and 2nd Midtown Madness, but I think I preferred the 2nd because of how fun it was to barrel into traffic and watch cars go flying.
>midtown madness 2
tough to find fans of that game lol i spent entire summers playing that game. i would jump in the cold pool, sunbathe for 5-10 minutes, then go to the basement to play that game for 16 hours, coming up only to jump in the pool again around midday and and before dinner. frickkkk i miss those days. i tried playing it again recently and i honestly dont know how i sunk so many hours into it haha.
i feel like most of the regrets i have can be attributed to external factors, but i shouldve tried harder to make friends and girlfriends and worked out every day
Just listening to the soundtrack takes me back. It was one of those games my Dad loved to play with me, too. He bought me one of those V3 Racing Wheels with the pedals just for this game. I haven't played the game itself in over a decade, but I still go back and listen to the music, and I swear I could draw the San Francisco map from memory.
Remember those crash course missions too? I remember the one where you're in London and you have to jump like 5 boats in the river to get to a checkpoint gave me such a hard time as a kid.
i dont even remember there being music in the game. i just drove around finding secrets around san fran lol. i wasnt good enough to beat the racing/stunt missions, i must been really dumb as a kid, i bet i could go back and beat it no problem nowadays.
I remember going around the map running into all the police cars that'd chase after you, and then pushing their car corpses into some jail area under the Golden Gate Bridge, like a makeshift police car grave lol. I remember jumping every hill I could find to try and get on top of different roofs. I remember trying to do a bunch of different jumping tricks off that weird fountain, with police cars chasing me and somehow doing it too.
You're not alone, this game was my jam too. I remember trying my best to jump to Alcatraz Island and never being able to do it. Awesome soundtrack, too.
i have over 7000 hours in hypixel skyblock, most of it was afk to win the spruce war though
haven't played much at all since the last update though and i gave up grinding for this years ago. good times, no regrets.
What source game is this?
looks like some custom CS:S map
enter the gungeon
Path of Exile and Battlefield 2 where it was actually tracked. Tekken 3 on psx I undoubtedly had over 1k hours. I think that may be it. Oh PoE is 1,117 hours and about 800 of those are trying to get through all the acts in the difficulties using righteous fire from level 16 and failing, never succeeded so that's how moronic I am in case you wanted to know.
I hope Kenshi 2 is allows for overhauls this time, just drop different settings onto this gameplay and Ill make my own fun.
i have so many hours in kenshi
None. Because I'm not autistic
>posting on Ganker.org on a Friday
>not autistic
Garry's Mod
Mount and Blade Warband
Warhammer 2 Total War
World of Warcraft
Probably counterstrike 1.6 but it wasn't tracked
TF2
Stronghold Kingdoms (95% of this is idle time though)
WoW
FFXIV
FFXI
Ultima Online
Age of Empires II
So mostly just MMO shit that I don't even play anymore.
>all these classic games from around 2007 itt
>all of them are shit now
thanks for making me aaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
yep. pretty much. im feeling hopeful about this and next year, but then again i was hopeful about last year and CP2077 was unthinkable garbage.
Red Orchestra 2
Garry's Mod
Europa Universalis IV
Warframe. I finally kicked my addiction to that awful, unfocused mess of a game.
I feel you, anon.
1k is a lot of fricking hours. I only have that in FFXI and League. I have quite a few 500 hour games though, almost always FPS. tfc, tf2, apex, etc.
>tf2
>ck2
>mordhau
not a single one
Dead by Daylight. Found a group of friends who played, we all played 40-80 hours a week together during the covid lockdowns. Good times.
Aoe 2
Destiny 2 (shit game)
Cookie clicker
>AoE 2
>Cookie clicker
The joke writes itself tbh
Destiny 1 and 2
Warframe
MHW
LOTRO
Runescape
dwarf fortress
i have no way to count these hours of course but i would wager it's over 4k hours over the years
TF2
GW1
GW2
Monday night combat (the original one)
none. why the frick would you have 1000 hours in any one game? the most hours i have on any one game is 165 for Ravenfield, followed up by ~100 for Starbound. I can't place it, but lifetime minecraft playtime must be well over 300 hours, i just don't count it because i can't verify it. it's definitely 300 or more, not exceeding 400.
World of Warcraft
Ark: Survival Evolved
Souls games as a series
Battlefield games as a series
Possibly Halo 2 when it first came out
Starcraft 2. Used to be pretty good, too. Made gradmaster several times with different races. These days I just smurf and shittalk people.
Halo 3
Left 4 dead 2
Dota 2
Minecraft
World of Warcraft
Runescape
Mordhau
Vermintide 2
i have no life OMEGALUL
ngs a shit
I lived on this shit from elementary until highschool
TF2
L4D2
I'm not really much of a gamer, these are the only games I really play.
Don't have the time/commitment to learn any new games.
None. Best I can give you is Elden ring, 400 hours. Maybe wow too but it's over the lapse of 15 years so doesn't count.
16.7 total days. you have spent almost a month of your life playing one game, not even a year since it came out. 4 months, actually.
This is the most surprising reply I ever got in my whole 4chud career.
Rocket League
I genuinely hate this fricking game and the people who play it but am too addicted to stop
Rising Storm 2
85% of which is pubstomping and chasing the dopamine high from shooting down a Cobra at 300m.
>Warcraft 3
>Europa Universalis 4
>Starcraft 2
>Dota
There's at least another 4 but I regret those somewhat
WoW
XIV
Tree of Savior
Lost Ark
PSO2
TF2
CSS
I think TF2 and CSS are the only fps games I ever played more than 1k hours because of community maps. Loved playing mg, surf and dr maps in css.
Right now enjoying some Lost Ark while taking break from XIV after years. I'll probably start playing again in 5.3 or 5.5 and make sure to clear new ultimate.
PSO2, WoW and ToS are games I won't be playing ever again but I had fun while it lasted. A real damn shame about death of pso2 but maybe it's for the better.
None. I haven't surpassed 600 in any game.
Kenshi
OSRS
i like grind
Warcraft 3
Diablo 2
Starcraft
Team Fortress 2
Unreal Tournament 2004
Space Station 13 and Deus Ex would be close, although I'm not certain if they got over 1k.
2.63 months, or 11.2 weeks, or 78.879 days.
I really should play it more
i mean i did my first all nighter at 12 years old, before i started jerking off. i would spend all my summers playing games cuz i had no friends. then i was a neet for a couple years but i spent hours playing games every day during high school.
i miss it. i wish i had accomplished more with the games i spent my time in, but i dont regret a second of the time i spent gaming and wish i could go back to my neet day. in fact, i made a 10 year saving plan to retire on chump change in thailand so i can go back to being a neet ASAP. whats the fricking point of living, working 10 hours a day? cmon man.
>i dont regret a second of the time i spent gaming and wish i could go back to my neet day.
and that is the most sensible mindset to have in the current year. that does not, however, mean it is the healthiest. i don't regret the time i spent gaming, i don't regret the time i spent doing much of anything, the only true regrets i have about life pre-covid is that i spent too much time with one friend and didn't go far enough fast enough. not one ounce of regret has been wasted on the media i consumed or the hobbies i've had, except for maybe the hentai i've consumed over the years (which still amounts to a hill of beans in temporal terms).
Don't play games too much these days, but I had a shit ton of hours in MW2
C&C Tiberian Sun
Starcraft Broodwar
Die By the Sword
Aliens versus Predator 2
C&C Generals
Mount & Blade Warband
Rocket League
Barotrauma
Team fortress 2
Final fantasy XIV
Starbound
Dota 2
I regret one of them, No its not the easy choice.
Skyrim.
I don't believe you. Explain to me what the console command 'pcb' does.
i regret only about 2000 of these
1.28 years
Speaking of games that people put an insane amount of hours in: X3 or X4?
Or Freelancer?
Freelancer
Factorio
I think runescape is the only one but I am already at 400 in elden ring so I will probably break 1000.
Dark Souls 1 (mostly single player)
Dark Souls 3 (mostly multi player)
Space Station 13
Kerbal Space Program
Donkey Kong Country 3
Picrel, Magic Duels. Shame it got abandoned so soon. Its format was kinda interesting. Maximum of four copies for commons, three for uncommons, two for rares and more for mythic rares. Made for some unusual brews.
TF2
probably minecraft too.
Because it's quick to launch and throw you into action, and highly replayable, I put 970 hours in Heat Signature so far. Almost there.
Does that game even have 100 hours of content? How did it squeeze that much time out of you?
Galaxies, ships, characters, items and everything else are randomly generated, and permadeath forces you to continually pick new characters and start over from scratch to progress further, so it technically has unlimited content. What really shines though is the gameplay, there's so many ways to combine gadgets and complete missions, it's neverending fun to me and I keep finding new ways to combine them. The trailer gives a rough idea yet barely scratches the surface of the possibilities: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ifgjEMIqRO4
At this point I know so many ways to bypass or kill them, they're not much of a challenge anymore, shields is still a tad worse, but armor is very easy to deal with, I can go as far as shotguning them repeatedly to push them through a window. Plus the latest update introduced crash and acid traps, which is a tedious but trivial way to kill them, and considering crashed enemies can no longer raise the alarm, and that most guns are quiet, it's become almost too easy. Contractors are the real pain in the ass now though.
How do you feel about shielded/armored enemies?
If I've played 1k hours in any games it's probably Morrowind and/or Warcraft 3. It was less common for vidya games to track your hours back then so I don't know for sure.
Overwatch
Fists of Fu
Elsword
Dragon Ball Legends
(I know)
>only gaming for 8 years
casual as frick
I have 3000 hours in Dota 2 random draft exclusively. According to dotabuff was in high/very high skill bracket since it wasn't ranked (but has a hidden rank).
TF2
Left 4 Dead 1
Gta 5 because it's really the only game my nephew plays. The boy has no dad so I try my best. Besides it's fun running people out of lobbies. And harassing Black folk.
Rimworld
Skyrim
Botw
Fortnite
League and Dota
Age of empires II
Phantasy Star Online
That's it
of course, I was among the first wave of newbies that rolled in when it went f2p. would be even higher if I didn't live through half of 2015 with no internet.
Reddit moment
At least you prioritized them by quality.
>CS:Source zombie mod
>battlefield 2 and 2142, bad company 2, bf4
>COD:MW2
and borderlands 2 is getting close
Team Fortress 2
Destiny 2
Grand Theft Auto IV
Battlefield 1
All of this in only 2 years, I'm going to put a gun to my head before passing 2000 hours, I'm certain of it
Was that back when it was fun? Like before it went free to play or are you a zoomer?
Just garden warfare 2 and minecraft
This is from childhood/youth, but I'm certain:
Brood War
WC3
Oblivion
Fallout 3
CoD MW1
And probably nothing since then, but I've got 500 on a few lately
And Bad Company 2 for sure
I put in 590 hours into Diablo II Remastered alone. This isn't including when I use to play Diablo II before Lord of Destruction dropped nor how much time I played Lord of Destruction on and off. I easily put in over 1k hours into that game. The only game that could easily trounce that would be Maple Story.
I mist have over 1000 in borderlands 2 by farming alone
PUBG
Apex. I love Titanfall but I love big booty Brazilian prostitutes more.
Need for Speed 3 Hot Pursuit
Vice City
Gta 3
Need for speed high stakes
Socom 1 the PS2 one
Socom 2
Fallout 3
Super Mario Rpg
Yoshis Island
DKC 2
Sim City Snes
Timesplitters
Madden 2003
Ncaa football 2003
Fifa 2005
tibia and rust
you posted it, but i have over 10k hours
Animal Crossing for the GameCube; I still have and maintain my save file that I've had since it came out.
WoW might be in first place, CS:S in second with 3k hours combined with other accounts.
I want to play zombie escape again
A few but the one I regret the most is Rainbow Six Siege, those Black personhomosexuals at ubi deserved nothing, how they ruined a beautiful and compelling game it's excruciating.
the game was amazing and peaked at parabellum then became increasingly gayer and gayer over time
I feel you brother, Siege died in 2018
planetside 2
blender and substance painter
Tales of Maj'Eyal and Desktop Dungeons
To be fair the latter is mostly from a community modpack, but I'm nearing 2k hours in vanilla ToME even though I hate playing
I'm almost up to 1,000.in animal crossing new horizons. I also have thousands in Maplestory and over 10,000 in WoW.
