I was going to play rune factory frontier because I heard you could marry a cute fat girl in it but it was really really boring. I ended up just kind of wandering lost and just kind of dozed off since it was already late
I used to fall asleep playing FFXI all the time. One of my first and last memories were falling asleep while playing. When I was a newb in the Dunes, I fell asleep once and woke up an hour later to find my party hadn't kicked me and just kept EXPing. I was so embarrassed and apologized profusely but they just laughed it off and said it happens. One of my last memories was falling asleep while waiting for my uncle's LS to ready up for Limbus. I woke up sitting there, with my controller in my hands, and him standing in my doorway staring at me, asking if I was okay. It took me a minute to realize I had fallen asleep and everyone was waiting for me. That first time happened because I was playing the game 16+ hours a day. That last time happened because I was playing TF2 12 hours a day and then hopping on FFXI for my uncle's sake, and was struggling to juggle both, which lead to me quitting FFXI. It's funny that the first time it happened it was because I couldn't stop playing it, while the last was because I didn't really want to anymore.
after you escape the interview room in persona 5 there is the 2hr cutscene explaining how you did it
i kept drifting in and out of sleep towards the end of that because i was playing at like 4am and it was really boring and long winded
never fallen asleep with interactive media, or when I'm focusing on a movie or show. It's always when I'm watching a video or stream at some ungodly hour that I get way too tired and can't sleep in my chair so I just go to bed.
Don't know how you can play something that's meant to keep your brain thinking and attentive and fall asleep.
If you mean it in the non-literal way then I guess one of the FF games. They're decent stories but probably bottom of the barrel snoozefests in terms of jrpg gameplay, and the "action combat" switch up in the newer ones is somehow worse.
