Battle tower in BDSP
Actually agree with this, though the battle tree ended up being kinda scary because you could get nuked by a z move/mega/legendary/sheer cold walrein
Fpbp
The battle tower resets once you hit 50 wins though
This. BDSP’s Tower is just brutally unfair. You have a solid chance of losing every other match to an unlucky (10-30% chance) roll. Hell, I swapped my team comp when I missed a 95% accurate, unmodified attack three times in a row. You can’t afford any extra chance of failure. It limits your team options dramatically and isn’t very fun in my opinion.
Of the facilities I’ve played:
BDSP Tower >>>>> Tree > Maison >>> SWSH Tower
In terms of difficulty. Tree and Maison are a fair and fun challenge. SWSH’s Tower is too easy, but it can be fun rolling it with whatever mon you want.
crystal battle tower if you can't get a dragon rage aerodactyl
This. Battle Tower in that game is suprisingly hard. You actually have to have a diverse, optimized team (which is hard to accomplish if you haven't gone all the way through Kanto).
gen 3 bf > gen 4 bf > maison > tree >>>>> pwt
staying awake while playing scarlet and violet
laffed
Stadium R2 is pretty bullshit
Not sure about hardest, but PWT is surely the best.
Definitely not the hardest, but I did enjoy it because it felt like the only battle facility I could actually use my in game team for and win.
It was quite fun to transfer my Gen 3, 4 and 5 teams in and use them and mix and match against the gym leaders and champions
>but I did enjoy it because it felt like the only battle facility I could actually use my in game team for and win.
So its good for people who are bad at the game.
Getting gen 4's battle factory's gold print
>what's the hardest content in pokemon games?
Apparently team building according to all the VGC nerds getting DQd lmao
I remember XD Gale of Darkness having really hardcore challenges like Mt. Battle and Battle Bingo, however Orre Colosseum is just insane.
Round 2 in Stadium games is difficult as well.
Puzzle games get very hard at the end (Puzzle League, Puzzle Challenge, Link/Trozei and Shuffle). Even Typing Adventure requires getting good but not to an insane degree.
Despite everything I mentioned, I consider getting gold medals in Hoenn's Battle Frontier the hardest. This especially applies to Battle Tower and Battle Pyramid which are extremely unfair.
battle hall in gen 4 is the most difficult, but the battle palace in gen 3 will probably result in the lowest winrate
>usum in general?
what?
OP is a nugenner gay
USUM gives all important trainers max EVs/IVs and even some held items sometimes.
Just ignore that the Exp Share exists and is just as broken as XY's, ignore that the petting exists, ignore that you can still spam items and use Shift mode and have no restrictions on the Pokemon you use, ignore the fact the game loves to hand you literal nuke attacks that often are conveniently placed as supereffective for the next major boss, etc.
This cheater
all my mons were level 100 when I beat him. he was stupidly easy
Round 2 in the Stadium games
>Challenge mode in gen 5
An absolute joke of a mode. The levels of the enemy teams increase, but not the stats or EVs. It's actually easier since you gain more EXPs from higher level Pokemon in gen 5 while they still do the same damage.
Idk about hard, but gen 3 was tedious due to not being able to delevel. I wamt to fight at Lv 50 but probably can't use anything I fought the E4 with. It's that or grind everything up to 60.
DPP has this too, flat rules (delevel to 50) was only added in HGSS
Selection effect, though Gen 4 (and Stadium 2) do cheat by counterteaming you. This is not an issue in other games
Does the AI in the gen 4 BF cheat? The other day I faced a Machamp who activated its quick claw 5 times in a row that's like a 1 in 100000 chance. I don't remember encountering something like this in gen 3.
AI cheats in all facilities in all generations. It picks Pokemon tailored to counter your team and luck is usually on its side.
stadium 1 and 2 r2, gen 4 factory
no they don't lmfao, stop this moronic cope. stadium 2 team selection can even be manipped for stuff like glc if you sandbag your team properly
factory is only hard with no manip. you can manip the draft picks in the gen 3 and 4 factories and make a consistent route for the rest of the streak. there's no "cheating" going on lol
Restricted Sparring in SwSh
Those aren't hard to clear and really could have benefited from having a true final goal, like Mustard battles on the 25th battle or so
Dealing with the the players.
getting a team ready for VGC
even the top competitive players get filtered by that challenge
