DDD and 3
2 > 3 > DDD > BBS > 358/2 = chain > 1 > recoded > melody
1 a fricking shit
1 is the best
have a nice day zoomer
YWNBAW grandpa
KH1 is unironically one of the most overrated games of all time. The controls just feel god awful even when compared to other shit on the system released at the time like Ratchet 1 and DMC and some of the worlds like the Tarzan one are downright broken. The jump in quality from 1 to 2 was astonishing
>b-b-b-but muh sunday morning mickey cartoon vibes!!!!!!!
crusty ass boomer cant even read the OP
I wouldn't put 2 in my top 3 but otherwise god tier taste
Re:Coded since its either the best KH game or its the 2nd best.
>putting Days anywhere near the mid
>putting Days anywhere except the bottom of a list
Based morons who consider "ROXAS...THAT'S A STICK..." to be incredible writing and character building
>B-BUT MUH XION
You could remove Days completely from the franchise and literally nothing would change until KH3 (I assume, haven't played it yet).
Xion is a generic protag but she's also a skinny 14-year old animegirl so Ganker attaches itself to that shit regardless of quality.
And that's just the writing and 1 character, the game is shit before we even bring up the god-awful gameplay.
Having the Roxas prequel centered around a special hidden 14th member who is also a girl feels like fanfiction by someone who hated Roxas' scenes with Namine in 2.
Days is great, frick you.
I respect your Re:Coded opinion though. It was a little too gimmicky with the bosses and colliseum and stuff, but other than that the gameplay was the best.
2 Final Mix
CoM on GBA
This.
Love those 2d sprites, the ost, sidescroller mode, unique sleights and original dialogue. frick Re: CoM though, that shit was horrible
Forever mad about Re:CoM. No New Game+ is inexcusable.
I have to give KH credit for having a generally upbeat attitude that most game series don't have because its embarrassing.
Uh, uh kh 1.5 + 2.5 remix?
Ux plot > BBS > CoM > 3 > 358/2 > Re:Coded > 2 > Re:Com > 1 > DDD > MoM > Ux "gameplay"
bbs strictly for the board game
the rest are trash tho.
CoM and Re:Coded.
1 + 2 - 3
i tried playing kh1 when it came out and it was so bad i never touched the series again
2FM is objectively the best
but if you hold me at gun point, 3 i guess. ReMind bosses were kino and it's overall fun to play despite it still reeking of Osaka shit. Frick all the handheld trash
You haven't played a single game in the series. Filtered.
i've played all but Re:CoM
1 > 2 > BBS > 3 > 358/2 > DDD > CoM >
Days. I like it even more than 1 and 2 even if the gameplay is worse(it's not as awful as people make it seem, but definitely a downgrade compared to 1 and 2).
>Days gameplay is worse
>but also it's not THAT bad
Wrong. If you can't write at least 5 paragraphs explaining the differences between 1+2 and Days along with how shit the gameplay is then you seriously don't belong on this site.
Dude you are so ass blasted. Calm down.
Days really isn't that bad. I'd like a bit more options here and there with combat. Panels for special combat moves would have been nice.
I would have greatly preferred analog movement but the limitation for that was due to the ds. I really liked that individual keyblades had different movesets and factor into your decision of which keyblade to choose. I wish they differentiated them even further and added more alternative combo routes. I also like the puzzle aspect of the panel system. It was always satisfying when you finally got that optimal placement. Like in kh1 I preferred the more platforming aspect of the Disney worlds. I was fairly disappointed with the overall more flat kh2. Days is also kind of really easy. Especially if you abuse magic, so I wish it was a bit more challenging.
You also actually got to know Roxas who reacted and tried to make sense of the worlds growing as a nobody, albeit slowly. Moreso in KH2 than 1, Sora just goes through the worlds shining his radiance and teaching others how to have heart but never seems to take any lessons himself. The only brief opposition that makes him question himself is Saiix but quickly gets over it and ignores it beating up heartless regardless.
More on the gameplay front, there are some pretty badly deaigned bosses, e.g. ruler of the sky. Though again using magic, specifically fire, trivializes the fight.
I liked limit breaks a lot more in days since they felt way too powerful 2. Free long invincibility and a ton of damage for an mp bar that can be refilled fairly quickly with items is ridiculous. With limit breaks in days you couldn't just mash otherwise you'd get killed pretty much instantly. And limit breaks aren't a crutch you can repeatedly use as the hp threshold to activate gets lower and lower each time.
I wish the multiplayer aspect was fleshed out a bit more with characters besides Roxas and Xion actually being viable.
probably 3.
The conclusion to the xehanerd plotline may have been total dogshit, but the combat gameplay was fun and the most polished it's ever been.
Doing a Lvl 1 critical mode playthrough was aggravatingly difficult, but so rewarding.
1>2>3>re:coded>CoM>BBS>DDD>Re:Com>Days
Don't add me.
I prefer KH2's gameplay, but KH1 is a stronger package for me
OG CoM. It and 1 and 2 are the only decent games
Why is he wielding a modern pistol instead of a blunderbuss or other period-appropriate firearm?
because its a meme silly
chain of memories (gba)
Damn. Really making me pick from the bottom of the barrel, huh? Well, Probably 3 then, but only because the other games are so shit.
lmao the pigs putting 1 so low. its the peak of the series
everything that came after kh2fm was garbage. kh should've ended with 2 and it would've been lauded as one of the best trilogies ever (not so much with CoM)
Not 3 that's for sure
BBS, frick you all.
I only like 1 and 2, so I guess none of them
BBS as Terra
My friends say I have brain problems
Terra is fun and I have no idea why the entire internet memes about playing as him.
he sucks because
>worst dodge of the 3
>worst magic in a game where your keyblade hits like a noodle
Terra screams physical. The only magic you need besides to meld for better shit is Cure.
Terra is the most fun character to play as, Ven is discount Sora and Aqua is a boring piece of cardboard that only got popular because she's a girl.
I love BBS so much and I do not care what Ganker thinks.
have a nice day, coprophile.
BBS for this scene alone.
?t=762
I like how you have to ask it like this because you the know the rest are shit
1 and 3 are the best
Neither of them are truly great honestly
The rabid butthurt about KH3 is so weird to me. I played through/watched almost all of the games in the collection late last year and III was very enjoyable (even though we all know the Frozen level and the final section being railroaded are shit). I think KH2tards just spent the last 15 years replaying the same data battles, anyone who spent that much time learning the mechanics and exploits of a game that was only accidentally complex was never going to be happy with the final result no matter what.
Anyway GBA Chain of Memories is the best non 1-2 game, followed by III then BBS then who the frick even cares?
I understand your perspective and don't judge you for your ignorance, but no, there is more to 2FM than just optional boss battles or unintentional tech. 2FM is fundamentally better designed than any other game in the franchise when it comes to combat. It's not a flawless game and 3 does a few things better than it. But overall 2FM is just masterfully crafted and it's a shame we'll most likely never get anything like that again because despite how good it was, there was still a lot of room to make it even better.
They're irrelevant.
bros....
BBS
Dark Road because the amount of backpedaling Nomura did to make Xehanort in KH3 seem good is hilarious to me
ReCoM
Anyone saying Com (GBA) is my homie
I actually really
Really Like the gameplay in
In dream drop distance
Of the ones I played?
2FM > BBS > 1FM > Re:Coded > CoM > DDD > Days
So BBS, I guess.
Nomura is a hack who refuses to make Verum Rex and all KH games are godawful crap the medium would be better off without. Frick everything about KH.
Verum Rex is after 4 he just wanted people to not worry about Sora. Nomura is our sweethearts shy autistic Chuuni Uncle.
>Verum Rex is after 4
Is he trying to make people who played KH3 in high school be too old for VR?
What the frick are you talking about? KH4 will be in the next few years. 23 or 24.
Also if you played KH3 in high school then you are a small and tiny baby.
But isn't the Tokyo Team too busy helping out on 16 to work on Verum Rex? Yuji Abe and Takeo Kujiraoka are nowhere to be seen in 7R and god knows where the five so-called "prototype game designers" went so they likely wound up there. Verum Rex probably needs them, which will allow Nomura to make KH4 as an Osaka Team training ground to see if they don't need their A-team counterparts.
>Tokyo Team too busy helping out on 16
Didn't they specifically hire Ryota Suzuki so they don't have to pick staff from other projects? Verum Rex isn't happening because they aren't giving Nomura a third team, it's just Osaka making console games and former KHUX devs doing Missing Link.
We'll never see Verum Rex just like Versus. Your chuuni uncle can't do anything right, much less chuuni.
Based DIChad schooling KHtard who learned a new word.
Dies Irae is the king of chuuni, played all of KH and it can't even compare.
hmmm
bbs
it may be clunky, poorly balanced, have terrible characters and be a waste of potential, but all the other spin offs are so terrable that it wins by default
someone make an improvement mod for it already ffs
DDD
>I love monster raising games like Chai Garden, Digimon World 1, Tamagotchis, Monster Rancher so I loved the Dream Eaters
>I love dream themed games like Nights, Klonoa and Kirby
>I loved how all the worlds had a dreamy, musical festival and night theme in some way making the worlds all fit together despite being so different
>Love Tron
>Love all the crazy plot twists
I forgot to mention I loved flowmotion in huge worlds, seeing kid Sora and Riku again, seeing the TWEWY kids again and expanded Traverse Town. Fantasia level was great too.
1 and 3 are my favourites after that. 2 might be my least favourite but the combat and Roxas parts are really good maybe BBS is my least favourite.
A tie between CoM and DDD. I really don't like the Jedi padawan Kamen Rider Trio and I don't care for black hair Kairi.
How badly did Zack rape you as Terra on Critical?
It took me maybe a few tries. Zack wasn't really that bad. The very first unversed boss absolutely fricked me over though. Though I was stubborn and wasn't taking any heals into the fight so I probably made it harder than it actually was.
Omnislash is fricking hilarious. You die: the attack.
Re:Coded and KHUx
BBB and DDD.
Re:coded
why couldnt this and Days get real remakes. Days needs a lot of work to be not shit but this one was a dumb fun wild ride.
Because then everyone would realize just how sad it is that a DS game utterly mogs a 3DS game, in how fricking good it feels to play
I like Kingdom Hearts.
358/2, I liked the mission aspect and the leveling grid, the fact that you can adjust your level whenever you wanted it was pretty cool.
I don't play inbetween games that should rightfully be condensed down to a "the story so far..." paragraph in the manual.
Are you homosexuals like snekposters now?
I love Xehanort
Frick Dark Road for being mobile shit but a FRICKING XEHANORT PREQUEL.
The story of (You)/Xehanort has been mobage for ages now, so it's fitting it ends as mobage too
So, how long have (You) been living with DARKNESS? Would you say it has enriched your life?
DARKNESS is love
DARKNESS is life
what about DARKNESS WITHIN DARKNESS?
That's just dark
Those two aside, BBS and 3 are the only ones worth something. All the rest is complete shit on every aspect.
>In an interview with Famitsu that was later translated by Kingdom Hearts Insider, Nomura was asked about the Nameless Star character that appeared in Kingdom Hearts 3 and Melody of Memory. Many have theorised that Nameless Star is the girl that Yozora is seen chasing in the Verum Rex trailer, but that hasn't been confirmed. On the topic, Nomura said, "That is still a secret. As I said at the event, there was a time when I wasn't sure whether I would choose Kingdom Hearts 4 or Verum Rex as my next project. However, she is a central Verum Rex character."
>Nomura continued, speaking about the initial response to Yozora and Verum Rex, "There seems to be a lot of anticipation for VERUM REX overseas. When Yozora was first introduced in Kingdom Hearts 3, I got the impression that his reception was less than welcoming, but I guess that was not the case."
>Although Yozora was a confusing character for many players of Kingdom Hearts 3, it's not clear where Nomura is getting this negative reception idea from, as he was barely featured in Kingdom Hearts 3. He's an incredibly tough boss in the Re:Mind DLC, which can cause some frustration for players, but most Kingdom Hearts fans respect the challenge of the fight and how well put together it is.

Where is this victim complex coming from?
Chain of Memories on GBA.
Best part about Sora in SSB is literally just the fricking costumes.
>have a frickton of moogle points
>no moogle store cards to spend them with
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Don't have one. 1 and 2 are the only good ones.
3 and BbS. I don't like 2 mostly for its pacing and story.
