Moonfire and Rising are always back to back. Rising starts the day Moonfire ends. I think the mogtome event will run alongside the Rising at least but maybe not Moonfire. Should be able to do it in just one month's sub unless you're slow to grind mog tomes.

I'm almost level 70, but I just hit level 67 MSQ. Returning is hard. 7.0 should be the last MSQ expansion. From there, it should be exclusively side quests. Or they should make MSQ shorter and out more of the content in as side stories.
