Steam Machines were a massive flop, and there's no way Valve will make an in-house version of a pre-built PC when everything would just be off the shelf parts, running only Linux. Steam Deck gets away with it since it's a dedicated portable gaming machine in an appealing form factor, but the market for a Linux console is extremely small which is why Steam machines sold so awfully the first time around.

iirc Ninja Theory's first designs for Dante still had the white hair and the read coat, but Capcom insisted to change his design to make him look more westernized (this was probably Cagey Inafune's fault since he had a huge hard on for western games back in the day) and Tameem Antoniades just said "frick it" and self-inserted into the game, at least for the reveal trailer, before they changed Dante's design again

IE they hire consultants into critical roles (engine, gameplay design and programming) then end their contract before they by law have to give the developer full employment benefits with no chance of them being rehired for years. So they saved money during development, wonder if it made up the lost sales.

Avowed seems to be the big Xbox game of 2024, no? I think it's more likely of Microsoft to have console bundles for Avowed. Hellblade is more niche but it will be easier to market a Skyrim-esque game like Avowed is supposed to be.
