I'm pretty sure it's the reverse. The Underrail devs are Serbian but Underrail doesn't even have a Serbian translation because the devs wanted to have an actual audience and presumed Serbian CRPG fans would know English anyway

Didn't play any of them, since Fallout 1 and 2 is too jank for me, but from what I seen Nevada is pretty cool, outside of maybe the main quest, which is lame, as is often the case with Fallout games.
Need more Fallout games set a bit more earlier after the nukes fell.

That's actually quite realistic. A mexican would rather eat without tortillas than to accept a Chincano as one of their own.
Actually, there are 5 counting the DLC
But Tijuana is just 3 areas (the entrance to the DLC, a single city block with some rats, and a bull fighting ring that only has 1 robot)
mexican themed =/= mexican only. And yeah, you can actually join the invading army but there's not a lot going on there once you do (I guess this was also cut/left undeveloped).
