They already announced FRESH servers! For 3 months or so, then they'll open migrations and you'll get all the botted gold in your server. So see above if you plan to play this.

Yes. Nobody has anything. Transfers and paid boosts are delayed. This means that gold boosting and bots aren't as rampant.
Eventually the state of things will catch up to being utterly broken but some people think it's worth leveling 1-70 again so it's not immediate.
They are also gimping themselves because riding and flying won't be easily obtainable with inflated economy money.
You're in luck, most classic servers are already empty so it already feels like a fresh server

They're buffing Naxx - I don't know how much of a difference it'll make but hopefully it at least won't be quite as bad as it was in 2008.
Even if they increase damage and health pools, it wont do much.
People are still burn out from their Naxx grind in classic, and a version with mechanics removed and watered down wont get them excited.
Even if they did alter mechanics, the best you could achieve is classic Naxx 2.

WotLK was the most popular go-to expansion for private servers ever since it came out. It was played to death by everyone who wanted to play it already. The gimped Blizzard release won't be able to retain anyone besides parsegays and bots.

WotLK is absolute trash and socially engineers the player base into a bunch of impatient drooling morons. Played it on a private server and it holds up just like I remember it. Ulduar is the only highlight of the entire expansion.
