The so called "best diplomacy" of the recent total war games is basically just show the diplomatic modifiers instead to have them hidden, the result is a diplomacy easy to follow but that the player interact just as a computation to reach the goal without any setback
>basically just show the diplomatic modifiers instead to have them hidden
absolute nonsense. the actual biggest change is that the AI acts like you would expect it to rather than being either genocidal or suicidal, except Cao Cao, who has that as his main gimmick
It showed that CA could manage diplomacy properly with actual values and making trade fare etc. It also had reasonably complex city developement and specialization.. BUT it was hurt by the entire character system which influenced the army.
No clue. I'm still annoyed they stopped supporting the original game. Granted, it was getting more and more unstable and I still question the DLC decisions. But if they did make a sequel that promises to fix all of the faults of the original then I might still get it.
I liked the character system. I just wish they put more effort into historical. Troy actually got it way more right despite that games historical mode being even less popular.
I really love what this game does with morale. Night fighting is ridiculously OP, but at least it's satisfying how a well trained army absolutely demolishes an unled garrison. Between that and fire arrows, it seems like the game really rewards you for targeting morale.
Why would we get 2 when 1 was garbage
1 had the best diplomacy of the series
>build farms
>offer food in exchange for tribute payments
>win game
amazing diplomacy
>play caocao
>let your caocao mana build up
>force war between any 2 countries you want
truly groundbreaking
thanks for agreeing fren. The diplomacy is amazing.
>I just saw funny meme videos and didn't play the game: the post
Way to out yourself as a moron. Embarassing post.

Wrong.
Because slophammer & slopena took all the devs
>He thinks Total Slop 3 Slopdoms 2 would be any better.

What was good about Troy's historical mode? Figured it would be bare bones
2032 at the earliest
Sorry folks, but y'all didn't buy Lord's of Change, and I didn't see any of you in the Hyenas playtest either. No more Total War for you!
I am begging you
Tell me this isn't porn
I don't want to believe there's porn of this game
literal shiteater thread: turn back

I’m willing to bet they want to have as much time as possible pass before they try to sell the same Yellow Turban DLC, the same Nanman DLC, etc.
Next year, probably.
I LOVE TOTAL WAR: THREE KINGDOMS. Any mods worth trying out?
I've been enjoying TROM
