English VAs are perfect to be replaced because they are whinny (especially with the Bayonetta VA fiasco) and they are literal nobodies that voice in games as a side-gig (again, Bayonetta VA) so no one would even notice the change.

If voice acting by real humans as a business dies, then eventually what voices will AI copy, if no new actors enter the field? It would be extremely boring if the voice acting samples were from actors up until this era only.
You'll get hired for a weeks work, talk into a microphone, then they can accurately reproduce your voice for 100 years.
I think big Holywood movies will continue to use "big" actors. But that's the case now. There aren't really huge movie stars now anyway. They tried with Emilia Clarke. But who's the Tom cruise today that's in his 20s or 30s?
