I got a 3090 and it literally paid for my upgrades, which was my plan, just slapped it on my old ass PC which thankfully had PCIE 3.0, funnily enough I upgraded that old dummy too, gave it a decent psu and my old 750ti still in it rocking the beat

Ryzen APU might be the best for you if you don't already have a PC. I played Dead Space at 1080p60 with just a 2200G. Newer ryzen might be better.
