Falling Frontier
>release of skirmish mode was supposed to be in summer of 2022
>release moved to next year (with campaign)
>then to start of 2024
>now its 2025
Broken Arrow
>release moved twice
>supposed to be soon but there is still no updated demo
Manor Lords
>nuff said
Bakery Girl
>demo was fricking HUGE, why wait so long?
XCOM3
>literally dead in the water(lol) and allowed for Girls Frontline 2 to release first
I think only Syrian Terminator has date set in stone.
WHAT TAKES THEM SO LONG?

Broken Arrow had a closed beta in December and is going to have an open one in a week or so.
>going to have an open one in a week or so
Where do you get this info?
The official discord.
They're going to announce the open beta this Friday.
gamedevs unionizing thus unpaid doubleshifts becoming impossible to exploit for companies and pajeet sweatshops make such dogshit quality that's proven to ruin IP reputation in one go so more resources are being put into finding cheap sweatshops than into developing the game
WHO CARES ABOUT ALL THOSE LITERALLY WHO GAMES BUT
WHERE IS BROKEN ARROW?????????????????????
>No mention of the only good game to be released SoonTM
>Men of War 2
Project Haven has been stuck with a "2023" release date for years only to smoothly change it to "2024" on the first day of the month.
Im very optimistic about this game after playing 2 demos.
Only wish we could have unnamed masked mercs, the OC donut steel characters are irritating
But the combat is great
>and allowed for Girls Frontline 2 to release first
???
How are those 2 games even remotely connected?
The game designer is obvious fan of XCOM.
Also they both raced who will make the game slower.

Neat
I liked the demo to the point I was considering buying it on release.
We had a whole thread about the BA closed beta, and it was the most pleasant and civil thread I've ever been a part of.
I look forward to ganking Russians with those guys.
>check Celpheus Protocol status
>1 (one) new map
>campaign will be in "Q4 2024"
Its still less of a scam than project zomboid
I unironicaly would rather get my hopes crushed repeatedly than getting two years of early access tbh.
>I think only Syrian Terminator has date set in stone
You mean Dark Fate Defiance?
Yea
The only game I actually have hopes for after playing the demo.
I thought it was abandoned, now I find out it releases in a month. How was the demo? From what I saw it is going to be much like Syrian Warfare. Here's hoping they can deliver missions of same quality and difficulty. Something akin to Damascus Suburbs and DLC missions.
The demo was actually pretty sweet.
You can feel the Syrian Warfare style in an instant.
Also the game will have a strategic battle map between missions plus factions, so I wonder how they pull it off. You even keep the soldiers between missions once "the end of hope defense mission" happens
i don't understand why people keep saying broken arrow is like wargame crossed with world in conflict. I'm not really seeing any elements from WIC there.
Yea, I don't get it either. It's more Wargame but made by competent devs.
The demo feels closer to WiC demo.
After all RUSE and WiC were coming out in the same era of video games.
Sadly I do not expect any RTS/RTT to ever have budget for fully animated scenes between missions like in WiC.
because it looks to be more arcade than Wargame and is supposed to have a decent single player campaign, comparing it to one if the greatest rts is also good publicity.
