I don't have the book on me to give you the exact quote, but basically one of the Vistani in the caravan is statted as daughter(male). >was this not always the case
Kinda, but it used to have theatrical angle and he was still intimidating, now he's just desperate.
why would you come to the warhammer board if you don't want to see warhammer?

The board is called "traditional games" not "warhammer".

Do you have a single source to back up your claim that this board was created to contain warhammer posting? Right you don't because if it was there would be a global rule for it like there is for mlp.

everyone who isn't a newbie knows it's true >if it was there would be a global rule for it like there is for mlp.
there was no need to ban warhammer, moot just wanted to have a board where warhammer could be posted without flooding /b/

>Lmao you’re such a homosexual autismo
Why? Because I don't shut up and go with the 40k circlejerk? >. Do you ask people for sources irl when they tell you that the sky is blue?
No because I can just look up and see the sky is blue. Can't do that with your claim. Where's the proof moot made this board for warhammer?

By the comet. How does one achieve this degree of autism?
Nobody believes he's good. What the frick are you on about? He was literally just an ally of convenience against chaos. Karl Franz seemed genuinely disturbed when Vlad pointed out they were probably the last two living elector counts.
People often remark how his rule was tough but fair, especially compared to the decadent Imperial aristocracy that preceded him, and the fact that he loves his wife make him somehow an antihero. Which is absurd, but i guess anyone looks good when compared to Manfred
>The lore reason
He's not terrible compared to, as and
Vlad was just a relatively good ruler by Sylvanian standards, which is meant to be a joke about how horrible that place is.
said other Sylvanian rulers, at least he kept obedient peasants from being raided and managed to make the province prosperous and (relatively) safe for the first time in centuries. He also gave cities the opportunity to surrender rather than be butchered which doesn't really make sense from a necromantic perspective showing he was thinking long term. And I can see the value in having an immortal ruler whose temperament you know rather than roll the dice for civil war every few decades in the Empire (which they were going through at the time). Compared to other vampires he at least seems to understand you don't want to kill the cow when you can just milk it. Plus he loves his wife, that's sweet. >The meme reason
Due to the Above some players in Total War Warhammer decided to try campaigns where Vlad took out all the threats to the Empire and built positive relations with them( hard since the Empire has a racial aversion to vampires, but possible) it took off since then and is now reflected in one of his unique traits in WH III That gives +40 relationship with the Empire and an extra unit of crossbowmen.
Good luck saving them before Festus deletes them now though.
Well then see the lore reason. Compare him to Konrad or Mannfred >Surrender to me and I'll spare everyone otherwise I'll kill you all
Vs. >Lol im going to just kill you all anyway
And you can see why people get that impression. Plus Vlad was the first one to want to conquer the Empire, and looking at how he transformed Sylvania he probably had Vision for the Empire beyond conquering it just because. All the other counts feel like they're just trying to do it because he couldn't and they don't know what else to do.
He's really not, it's just when you compare him to the likes of Chaos, the Skaven, Dark Elves, or Orcs, and even some former Emperors he's not the worst option for a ruler.
No one knows what the frick this is. Do you have any idea how small of a social bubble you live in?
>social
ahah good one. But in all seriousness, everyone here knows who he is, so either answer my question or frick off
Not that anon, but is this some woke take on Ravenloft? I've never heard of this fricker.
5e version of Ravenloft is woke take on Ravenloft.
I've got no idea what happened to Ravenloft in 5e. That's why I'm asking.

He's from an obscure little setting called Warhammer. I guess you might not have heard of it, it's pretty underground.
Okay, see I usually can smell this shit from the thumbnails and try not to step in any of it.
The other posts in this thread really should have been your hint.
shame I was hoping this was a thread about something I hadn't heard of instead of warhammer spam thread number 1000

Live action Skeletor?
i have no clue

He's not alive thoughbeit.

The meme is older than that. 1dGanker has been portraying him as kind of a good guy (for a vampire) since before TWWH came out.
Well then see the lore reason. Compare him to Konrad or Mannfred

>You're no lord of the empire, vampire
There are no "good" guys in 40k.
There are no "evil" guys in Fantasy.
Name 1 (one) redeemable thing about Nagash.
He looks pretty cool
>There are no "evil" guys in Fantasy.
He's too pretty to be evil, like Arthas.
Most moronic thing I’ve ever read on this board, and that is saying ALOT.
No one thinks he's good.
He's just fun to meme about, like Jethro Tull or Howard Taft.
I've never posted on Ganker, what do people meme about Jethro Tull?
Was Vlad really a better ruler than the human he replaced?
Yes. The human rulers of Sylvania were mostly lunatics, sorcerers, or both. And they were all brutal and taxed the peasants to death.
Vlad was just a relatively good ruler by Sylvanian standards, which is meant to be a joke about how horrible that place is.
He's really not, it's just when you compare him to the likes of Chaos, the Skaven, Dark Elves, or Orcs, and even some former Emperors he's not the worst option for a ruler.
>Where does this cringy meme about him being "good" come from?
If I had to hazard a guess, secondaries. Post models OP.
He's not good, but he's better than the people he replaced and is one of the least evil among the other evil people
pls use the good Vlad depiction instead of the cringe nuhammer one next time. Remember kids, red period WHFB = good, all the others = bad.
