you don't want that, trust me
x-men is absolute pozzed shit right now
they replaced wolverine with weapon x, every one is a fricking troony
and there's a serious risk of them cancelling the comics because it's the third reboot or something and it still sells like ABSOLUTE ass
play xmen legends, or if you enjot turn-based games, midnight suns
the latter is still pozzed as shit though but you can, for the most part, ignore it (besides egregious shit like ghost rider being a fricking Hispanic and ditching the bike for a fricking MUSCLE CAR)
They should just put the books on ice, and then whenever the inevitable X-Men movie reboot comes out, do a back-to-basics relaunch of the comic, maybe even with some variation of the main Claremont lineup that everyone remembers (Cyclops, Storm, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Wolverine, Rogue, Kitty), or the 90s team lineup (Cyclops, Jean, Storm, Rogue, Wolverine, Psylocke, Gambit)
I don't disagree, but that doesn't mean that Disney isn't going to try and get a return on their massive investment buying Fox. They spent all that money to get X-Men and Fantastic Four back
>Have a new character that's reasonably liked for adding a twist to Wolverine >Just make her Wolverine 2.0 instead of keeping her the way people liked her
They need to get the guys who made Shredder's Revenge to make a Konami-style X-Men beat-'em-up with the 90s style character designs. Maybe even tie it into X-Men '97.
I've got that Arcade 1up X-Men cab, and it's funny seeing all the creative license they took with everything. I must have played the arcade game as a kid before I saw the cartoon, because I distinctly remember seeing the Sentinels in the first episode, recognizing them as the fodder enemies in the game, and being like "Wait, why are they so big?"
It's just based on what I've heard on Perch's channel, because I'm nowhere near that point yet (I'm still back in the 80s), but he kind of laid the groundwork with HoX/PoX, set all the Krakoa stuff up, and then he got booted off, for whatever reason.
X-men got shitcanned ever since the Disney money funneled into the last four movies didn't turn a profit. If you want more X-men related material, you shouldn't have let the films fizzle out.
>i'm going to crash this crumple zone on wheels into a modern car, let me just lock my arms stretched on the wheel so they totally don't get instantly broken
Have to wait awhile for the Perlmutter effect to die down.
He was basically slowly trying to replace X-Men with movie/TV-friendly stuff in the comics and gaming because for a long time, that part was still under Fox. It's why Marvel vs Capcom Infinite didn't have a single member of the X-Men.
I'm reading Claremont X-Men/New Mutants right now, and I've got to say that the addition of Sunspot and Magik to the cast actually makes me more interested in this than I would have otherwise been. The fact that it's evidently culminating in Inferno is kind of interesting too.

Out in a few months and they've haven't shown us a second of animation. Be worried.
The fact that they nerfed Rogue's and Storm's breasts in even the promotional art makes me worried. Even stuff you could show to children on Fox Kids in the 90's is considered "oversexualized" today.
I haven't been to Ganker in years, but last time I was there comics were basically a mouthpiece for radical far left ideology. Do you want a game about that?

Don't forget Wolverine, Cyclops, and Jean are in a polyamorous relationship and Logan and Scott plowed each other's buttholes.
>weapon x
x-23****
pic related

Sure thing, anon, here's Jean fricking Scott and Wolverine, and the two of them fricking each other as well.

Krakoa has ruined X-Men for years to come
hickman is the best thing to happen to the x-men in decades
if by best thing you mean burying it 6 feet deep, then yeah you're right
A shame that Marvel didn't let him finish the arc that he started.
What? I thought he had pretty much free rein to tell his big saga thing.

They need to pass the disney filter right now to make new x-propaganda-friendly-"men" media.
long gone honey
For me, it's X-Men on the Genesis
i could only beat the initial spiderman level like a little moron
Different game, and it only gets harder.
>RESET THE COMPUTER NOW
For a second I thought my friend was going to have a heart attack when I did it the first time.
>Spend life avoiding the reset button on the console
>Game actually wants you to hit it
This was brilliantly stupid
He was screaming at the game and I just said "frick this shit", got up and hit reset.

i saw all of those except dark phoenix, which was pure dog shit, in theatres and have most of them on blu-ray
Did you buy a blu-ray copy for each and every one of your friends?
Did you share the social media on twitter and Facebook?
Insomniac has a new cinematic open world narrative driven stunning and brave sweet baby approved Xmen game planned for 2030 according to the leak.
>i'm going to crash this crumple zone on wheels into a modern car, let me just lock my arms stretched on the wheel so they totally don't get instantly broken
americans are a mistake
That's the one that's going to fricking infuriate me. I don't really give much of a shit about Spider-Man, but I love X-men.
Marvel has to be dead again so we can get good games again
Here.
>Callisto
Solid casting. All Morlocks should be hideous
i fricking hate how they keep using actors faces for game models, really triggers my autistic rage
It's a rare situation where black washing a character actually kind of improves it.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 is pretty decent and has at least 10 of the X-Men to play as
There should be a lot more X-Men Platformers.
X-Men 1
X-Men 2
X-Men Game Gear
and some mobile IOS game are all the platformers in the franchise.
It's like they hate Sonic and Mario.
There's capcoms SNES X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse.
X-Men 97 will save us

It'll be terrible

Do you know if it's going to have the OG cast, like Allison Court as Jubilee?
Almost all of the original cast is back. Jubilee's original actress is back but in a different role because they want an Asian as Jubilee.
no, she dropped out because she didn't want to deal with the spastics freaking out over her not being asian

Perlmutter's X-Communication did an enormous amount of damage to the franchise.
If they were up your ass you'd know where they were.
