Because I was shit at parrying the first time I played and also didn't know about knocking him out of his second phase. Bloodstarved Beast also gave me a lot of shit my first time.
No it definitely wasn't him I mean it sincerely when I say I one shot all the really hard bosses people seem to b***h about but kept getting fricked by the Orphan, no idea what was going on there.
By far, Defiled Amy. Runner up was this fricker.
chalice dungeons are the best part of the game btw
[...]
This, and it's not even close. I fought Defiled Amygdala more than every other boss in the game combined.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA FRICK YOU FRICK YOU FRICK YOU FRICK YOU FRICK YOU FRICK YOU FRICK YOU FRICK YOU FRICK FRICK FRICK FRICK FRICK FRICK FRICK FRICK FRICK FRICK FRICK
NG+ Laurence. fricked my shit up so bad that i refused to fight him ever again. i platinumed the game and my favorite fight is the bloody crow so it's not like i'm a total shitter
NG+ Laurence as well but even the Cleric Beast gave me a lot of trouble. Something about that enemy type and moveset just ruined me. Took 50+ attempts even after giving in and summoning for it.
On the other hand all the humanoid bosses including Orphan I didn't struggle with nearly as much.

The pain. Oh god the memories are coming back. The suffering. Oh god it was unreal with him. Legitimately any time I think of him or hear his name I’ve this guttural sensation of righteous rage to scream out his name.
Fighting him for the 1st in ng++ was an absolute nightmare. I could absolutely ace his 1st faze but the second phase 2
Hits & he starting shitting out lava I would always crumble. He’s the only boss that I think I’ve legitimately been close to 100 tries on, & took over a month to beat. I distinctly remember grinding for resource restock at least once for.
>Treat L. as THE final boss of BB for years >Decide to try an pure alchemist build for the 1st time >Make my way through the entire game + dlc, leaving him for last >Finally get to him >Oh frick oh frick this is it I’m so fricked oh god I’m so doo- >Beat him 1st try with pure range tools >…. >Starting uncontrollably giggling, then hysterically laughing, till my gut starts hurting & my eyes are tearing.
Still a very fun/fair boss fight if you can past the cripple mode. Or at least never felt like complete unfun/unfair bullshit like midir, DoH, or Elden Beast.
You posted him
For some reason I completely got stuck on him, probably died a dozen time before I killed him, while he's objectively not a very hard boss.
Had a huge issue with those frickers too, I hate that area in general
Funny thing is, I had no issues with other bosses that people find hard early on, killed Amelia and Cleric Beast from the first try.
Now, Papa Gascoigne also filtered me, but I guess thats the point of him, but Logarius is technically an easy boss, no idea why I had issues with him
Oh right, most troublesome boss...?
Pnumerian prince? Because I kept running away and he's like programmed to frick you over with quick ranged attacks if you do
Dude was trivial even when I intentionally under-leveled myself.
The highest level chalice dungeon lightning beast was pretty difficult, had to rely on the audio cues to time dodges through the one-shot aoe because the frame rate would chug so effing bad from the lightning effects lol.
I think I killed all of the humanoid bosses in under 5 attempts on my first playthrough. The beasts are what gave me the most trouble, Ludwig and the Bloodletting Beast being the hardest.
I cheese him with poison every single time, I've beaten him once on a fluke my 1st playthrough I've played through with 6 different builds base game+dlc+chalice.
Got him to like 5% on my first attempt, then spent a whole day getting wrecked
Tbh it mightve been Gascoigne. My little "git gud" phase
Who do I blame if I just kinda petered out and stopped because it's just another soul's game? The old wheelchair guy?
odd
that's a first try on all my playthroughs
I don't remember ever dying to him
maybe I go there too late in the game
I said the same about Gerhman and the xenomorph and no one on Ganker believed me. I finished them in one go.
The first hunter dude you meet early in the game absolutely rekt my shit though.
yeah, I have no trouble with those either
I guess I just have a tendency to overlevel in these games

Caarl (fought him out of order, thought he was 3rd boss)
Orphan
Cleric Beast
Gascoigne
and then I won every fight in 1-3 tries
i killed him on first try
ludwing was for me
NG+ Laurence. fricked my shit up so bad that i refused to fight him ever again. i platinumed the game and my favorite fight is the bloody crow so it's not like i'm a total shitter

are you the joker
Any other answer is wrong
He's the only boss in the base game balanced around lvl 6 gems, so it kinda makes sense
abhorrent beast.
The boss that gave me the most trouble was YEEEEOOOWWWWW
NG YEEEOOOW, over 40 tries. NG+ took like 4 tries.
By far, Defiled Amy. Runner up was this fricker.
chalice dungeons are the best part of the game btw
I can't remember, I only remember my overleveld 360 character blasting through the chalice dungeons for their tier 3 boss
Pthumerian Descent, by far
>guy charges his unlimited blades work
>hit him from behind with a heavy charged-attack
...and that's it!
He never tries to use that move ever again 😀

Funnily enough blood starved beast, meanwhile I took this guy down my first try
Any parriable boss gets shit on except for Orphan.
IS THAT PONTIFF SULYVAHN!!?? NOOOOOO!!O!O!
1. Defiled Watchdog
2. Well Sharks
3. Laurence on an arcane run
4. Logarius on an arcane run
5. Ebrietas on my first run
He was very easy for me
Hardest boss was the one where I had to take an elevator or something
Oh right, most troublesome boss...?
Pnumerian prince? Because I kept running away and he's like programmed to frick you over with quick ranged attacks if you do
Rom, i was really bad at dodging the meteors and the spiders jumping me kek, after that Amelia. had a easier time with all the other bosses
Dude was trivial even when I intentionally under-leveled myself.

Defiled Rom
Ludwig fricked me up hard on my first run. By the way, never tried chalice, is it worth it?
Meh
Unless you really just want *more* Bloodborne... I love the fame, but the chalice dungeons are just the weakest part
Kos can frick off. It was the only boss that felt "unfair" during the learning phase.
>fighting Laurence at BL4
died like 100+ times
I think I killed all of the humanoid bosses in under 5 attempts on my first playthrough. The beasts are what gave me the most trouble, Ludwig and the Bloodletting Beast being the hardest.
This guy
>Bloody Stupid homosexual butthole Crow of Cainhurst
All the hunter mini-bosses in general, they mogg 90% of the actual bosses
I cheese him with poison every single time, I've beaten him once on a fluke my 1st playthrough I've played through with 6 different builds base game+dlc+chalice.
>and why was it this guy?
Because you were underleveled, moron
rom made me quit
gane was fun up until that part but it was too annoying, not gonna bother
I think I only died 3 times to this dude. Never even got frustrated. Chalice dungeon bosses were the only ones to really make me irritated
He's a parrybait, like Maria. Not hard at all unless you have the reaction time of a WW2 veteran.
