Probably either 2 or 3, but 1 was still relatively decent too.

I prefer the original. Pretty decent charming 2D platformer, I liked Gex's movement and the level design was fairly engaging (though sometimes bullshit). 2 and 3 felt like mediocre Mario 64 clones IMO.

the platformer is a neat novelty
gex 2 and 3 are pretty competent mario 64 clones (but like literally all other mario 64 clones they don't have the sheer focus on acrobatics and movement that mario 64 does)

The only game I played all the way through was Gex 64. I play the original Gex briefly but I don't remember getting past the first level, but then again I was like 8 years old at the time

sorta, the games with 64 in the title had major cutbacks to things like draw distance, graphical quality and sound quality

I have good memories with all 3 games eventhough the games themselves are pretty mediocre. I played 3 the most but have better memories with enter the gecko.

Probably the second one. I liked the overall atmosphere of that game more than the others

    >he wants some game with a squirrel on the cover, can't remember the name
    >I want poke yellow and this gex
    >convince him to get poke yellow
    >end up with both because he doesn't like pokemon
    >gex game ends up sucking wiener
the way you hopped was kinda comfy tho

Enter the Gecko has a special place in my heart. It had the best one-liners too.

Did anyone else play the European version with Leslie Phillips voicing Gex? Definitely his best voice.

Nah. Leslie Philips is a nice voice, but Gex is supposed to be a nerd. He doesn't fit the role at all.

gex 3 was fun, as a 6 years old i never understood what the hell his wisecracks and one liners, revisited it recently and had maximum bantz

If you're big on media and TV, those lines are more rewarding.
