Which of the Paradox grand strategy map painter games is the most beginner friendly and most accessible?

Which of the Paradox grand strategy map painter games is the most beginner friendly and most accessible? I'm not looking to buy an overwhelming game with a steep learning curve, I just want to play casually. I've never played any of them, but I'd like to. Please rank them all.

EUIV, and the DLC subscription is $5/month. If you want DLC it’s economical to just do that, if you want it legitimately

I'm not interested in any type of subscriptions.

Then I don’t know what to tell you as the DLC is overpriced shit. As it is, licensing itself is a form of subscription

If you lack empathy that might mean you're a psychopath.

If you lack gratitude it makes you an butthole.
                You're welcome for educating you.

What did I do wrong? Someone offered something I didn't ask for and didn't want. What do you expect me to do?

                >Then I don’t know what to tell you
Don't you find this arrogant as frick?

You were given good advice when you were told to get the subscription if you don't want to pirate. In response to good, or at least well-intentioned advice, a decent human being expresses gratitude with a simple "thank you" instead of asking for more spoon-feeding. It's that simple.

I didn't ask for spoonfeeding. All I did was say I wasn't interested, which is a perfectly legitimate answer if someone offers you something you didn't ask for. There's something seriously wrong with you if you react like this. Find a therapist if you don't have one already.

Understandable. Anyways there are 20 DLCs and they're an average of $15 apiece to "keep" and they're all essential to keeping the game running so good luck.

          >they're all essential to keeping the game running
What do you mean by this? The base game doesn't run?

After the play with the dlcs you will understand. There was a sale for all the dlc for 20 dollars recently so maybe someone has a code from that

    >HOI4 / Emperor: Rome
the easiest but also the blandest, emperor in particular is literally baby's first map painter game, so if you don't know where to start, give it a try
    >Europa
the quintessential map painter, there's some challenge if you choose to play underdogs and don't minmax, or you can just pick ez mode empires, personally I enjoy it the most out of all pdx games but its best to pirate it with all dlcs because a lot of game mechanics are otherwise paywalled
    >CK3
pretty easy to get into but it's less of a map painter and more of just a weird rpg / management game, not hard in the slightest once you grasp the mechanics, but also not a straight map painter either
    >Victoria
weird and clunky old games where the challenge is in how shitty the UI is, but decently charming if you enjoy the time period, probably more depth than any other pdx game but that's not saying much

HOI4 is easiest. Just click button every 70 days and make AI battle plans.

If you have already played a space 4x before then Stellaris. Otherwise pick whichever time period you find most appealing.

Star with Warhammer 2 total war and then get Warhammer 1 and 3, don't touch any paradox games
