To be fair, kotor and jk are considered the best star wars by far. It's not illegal to make an abstract comparison. I'd even consider kotor to be a Deus Ex clone as far as dialogue goes. Both even have dronish noise in the background
KOTOR is one of the worst games I have ever played in my entire life and I'm absolutely convinced people only view it through a lense of star wars nostalgia. I always know to immediately ignore someone when they praise kotor.
KoTOR is one of the best games ever made. KoTOR2 is a pale imitation. Jedi Outcast is a save/load simulator that is in desperate need of larger hitboxes or auto aim when it comes to anything not involving melee combat and I have not played enough Academy to make any judgement.

It's like someone's idea of how cool it would be to rampage through a game as a force user but with 0 thought put into balance or challenge or pace.
dark forces is the only good game out of those. anything after OT with light sabers in it is intended for 10 year olds. having said that, DF2:JK is still a good fps and the jedi shit is not overbearing
Jedi Knight, on account of the gameplay being the best gameplay in all of gaming. Kotor 2's story just couldn't carry the duology THAT high.
Jedi Knight games haven't aged well at all. They just kind of throw you into the fold and expect you to know what to do.
