I honestly quit playing WoW the first year it came out. Wasn't for me. I played Shadowbane instead. Nowadays, those types of games have been replaced by "survival" shit.

The MMOs where PKing was free and you could loot everything a player carried has been replaced by "survival crafting" multiplayer games is what I meant. Shadowbane wasn't a survival game, it was a MMORPG.

It's not survival, it's a sandbox PvP MMO. No quests, no instances, all PvP with city building and sieges.

Hunter is much better for pvp. It's a 3-4 button rotation and a lot of kiting. For solo i prefer druid but both are very forgiving. It's only that with druid you don't have to bother with the pet and can have almost 0 downtime with your heals. You can easily solo elite boss quests with roots too.
I love drood but it has very low dps, so pvp involves a lot of movement and use of the full toolkit. While you can outlive most, getting the kill can be hard.

Not retail that's for sure. I've been running my own 3.3.5 WOTLK TrinityCore server designed around solo play but I happen to play with my girlfriend. XP and drop rates are all 1x and you can summon npcs to join your party so you can do dungeons.
I tank, gf does FPS while we have a bot healer and two other DPSheads
Zero streamers will be playing SSF, so that is dead in the water. SoD will devolve into just being retail.
