To me, the only character that looks like an old Pokémon trainer design this gen is Brassius. Coincidentally, he's one of the very few characters that DO NOT have multi-colored hair.

We did have that with PLA and BDSP but that's just our boy Ken Sugimori. Other artists are garbage.
