Vanguard or Blackrock website, but you'll probably need to wayback it at this point because they've closed most of that shit due to underperformance. You'll be disappointed though, because most of the shit people said about ESG wasn't really part of it, it was just the side-effect of incentivising certain behaviour.
Put simply, Vanguard and Blackrock came up with ESG funds which would be just like any normal Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) where it would have a bunch of stocks from a bunch of companies weighted based on a stated criteria. Normally this is stuff like "Top 500 companies on the S&P" or "US Bonds" or whatever. Instead ESG was based on a rating that they made up based on how "ethical" your company was. So instead of basing it on company performance in the market, it was based on whether you polluted or worked to clean up pollution, do you have diverse hiring practices, are you engaged in projects for social welfare? and so on.
Companies thought investors were going to flock to these ESGs and so so nobody wanted to be left out of this new investment and so they HAD to rank in order to be considered for inclusion in the funds. However actually cleaning up a polluting industry is really hard, and carbon offsetting is expensive, so mostly the big boys ignored it. The people who went in for ESG were the media companies, because they didn't have dirty businesses to clean up, then could instead "clean up" on diversity hiring, pushing "woke" in their marketing, more women on the boards, etc. This was all dumb because even after doing all that they got like 2 good boy points because that was all trivial shit compared to what ESG wanted.
And so the inevitable result of the ESG funds were that choosing stocks based on arbitrary bullshit meant investors lost money, the funds consistently underperformed and everyone pulled out. And all the media companies that went full woke realised they've destroyed their business for nothing.

Is you don't actually call out the managers that are an issue. It's easy to blame the Product Owner or Project Manager, but they are one rung up on the ladder from the devs (who are basically subhuman). They aren't making the decisions that rape your game.
It's the high level managers who get to make actual decisions. Middle management just peddles orders or interprets things. It's the most hollow set of powers in existence

Middle Managers are mouth pieces, you have an issue with decisions blame decision makers. Not directly targeting your criticism at the people responsible are why they get to use the company as a shield before they jump ship on a golden parachute and ruin another company.
Incompetent management is probably the worst one.
Even with time and budget restraints you could get a decent game, and a bad dev team is usually a result of dumb higher ups.
