I've never played a KH game and never will, they look lame as frick, but honestly it's been pretty fun watching all those dorks have their day today, coupled with the Thank You Sakurai stuff. Genuinely pretty heartwarming, all those nerds with their fan art and shit. And I think pic related will go down in history as one of the biggest moments in the life of the Switch.
So as much as I don't care about KH, i think Sora was the perfect one to end it with. But I would say Banjo was the best overall reveal just because it was literally a million childhood dreams coming true, and really showed that anybody was fair game for Smash.

I liked Byleth, Terry, and Hero's reveals. Banjo was the only one that really fell flat for me.
