Slayer is strong but not type moon strong. Nrvnqsr would beat Slayer, Arcuied, especially remake Arcuied, would annihilate him.
Okay, how about Slayer vs. Nero? Both in terms of lore and gameplay.
For gameplay Nero probably has too good keepaway and space control capabilities for Slayer to get in consistently, so Nero wins. Lore, Nero can beat 30% Arcuied in the original vn, and it’s unlikely Slayer can properly damage or kill all 666 beasts inside of Nero at the same time before being devoured by magical beast familiars.
nero is in a fun game, slayer is not.

Pretty much they can definitely withstand the impact of shooting out from his body. It should also be noted he has more than just regular animals in him, he has magical beasts like a dragon too. Even if it came down to a battle of attrition Slayer would likely lose because Nero regenerates if all of his beasts aren’t killed simultaneously.

That is kind of the point of Nero, he's practically endless and destroying him would be nearly impossible without a hard counter like Shiki's eyes. I don't think Slayer has that kind of durability or the firepower to destroy him. And I don't think Slayer's speed is enough because Nero has fought similarly fast people. I think it's decisively Slayer's loss.

I heard people say "b-but Aoko tho", however I think Aoko came out before the Mahoyo remaster did and even then she was a legacy character rather than a Mahoyo guest fighter. I'm still of the opinion that Beo would have been a funny addition since Melty never really had a dedicated beastman character, I think.

I don't think Slayer's peak power level has been given, he's one of those "only loses when he wants to" fighting game characters. He's at least on par with Sol who is a continent level threat if he stops worrying about going insane and shit.
I don't know enough about tsukihime to say though.
Arc(hetype Earth) is practically the admin of the Earth I think but her game also starts with her base form getting obliterated by the human MC's Mystic Eyes of Death Perception. In other words she is also as strong as the writers need her to be.
The mc has the ability to kill anything including things without normal life, so her surviving it at all is proof of her being strong. Shiki could kill Slayer too.
It's kinda embarrassing for something with a claim to be the ultimate lifeform to be done in by a human, though, isn't it? He doesn't even kill her through a sneak attack or something but literally rings her doorbell and only attacks after she opens the door.
The nanaya blood kicked in which is for killing inhuman things like that, same as his dad did. And with death perception even Arcuied takes damage from it. It was pretty immediate once she opened the door.
It's kind of a sneak attack to immediately cut someone into 17 pieces the second they open a door tbh. As much as a sucker punch is anyway. Arc couldn't really anticipate it either because Shiki seems like a normal human.
Shiki's eyes tap into the swirl of the root. For as strong as Arcueid may be, it seems Gaia is something that can in fact be killed, and we have seen at least one occasion where it has been killed (And if it wasn't dead, then it certainly wasn't in good shape). If Gaia can be killed, then what is basically Gaia's little fairy helper would have a much harder time.
Credit where credit's due, the only other user of MEoDP probably COULD kill Gaia if she really wanted to. Needless to say, she could also kill servants, except they would be killed so hard they would be straight up ejected from the throne of heroes (and existence, as a matter of course). When you think of it that way, Arc really got off quite lightly.
Another fun fact of being a counter force, is Arc can only generate as much power as necessary to put her equal with her opponent, or slightly stronger. So

Would the MEoDP really do that? Servants are separate entities from their originals in the throne of heroes. If Cu exists as a file on the master server of the throne, he has no reason to be killed just because his copy on a pendrive was obliterated.
If you have control over the akashic records, then it actually would be that easy. The question of the day becomes 'just how much control does she have over the root'? If she really is its avatar, then she truly is on her own level of ascended godhood.

Arc is a creation of the Earth, downstream from it and dependent on it but a separate entity nonetheless, while Ryougi is like an onion with Void at its core. So the answer would be "no" for Arc but "yes" for Ryougi based on my knowledge of the lore.

In gameplay Slayer because he dishes out a ton of damage and could weave in and out of Arc's pressure. Outside of gameplay Type Moon main characters tend to be close to cosmic level powers of broken.
What about the Hime vs. Slayer matchup, though?
Hime favor but less than you'd think, Slayer has issues moving through certain kinds of zoning but he is also hard to really pin down and he only has to get started once since Melty has no Burst and Hime has the lowest defence in her game. If Hime plays perfectly she could float away and use geysers and 2C extremely carefully and Slayer would have a hard time catching her but she also could't run any real offense on him safely and risks death every interaction. Basically Slayer Dizzy but with worse oki.

Slayer could pretty easily shrug off the ice caps melting, for what its worth. He might not enjoy being damp all the time but nothing as mundane as a natural disaster poses any sort of threat to him. Sharon too.
