Yes.
One person controls the movement, auto attacks, and has a couple of melee based abilities.
The other person has a couple of ranged spells with insanely low cooldowns to keep them always active.
Legitimately the most fun character I've ever played in a MOBA.

Nah, Invoker is pretty easy once you memorize his spell combinations. The rest is just situation/map awareness to prepare appropriate spells for encounter.
I think he's only hard in terms of positioning, maybe a little in combo time

Valve screwed over the Artifact fanbase by cancelling the Artifact 2.0 beta without even allowing users to invite friends like they said they would in January 2021 and does not deserve your financial support for these gross consumer-unfriendly practices.

All the rest are pissbaby easy to control. The ones above at least take some bit of skill to actually control properly.
Atleast new chen is playable for new player. meepo needs rework and should be easier to play.

How bout' Brewmaster? He pretty hard in his ult because switching to different minions that's about it.

The characters that make me the hardest? Dawnbreaker and Tresdin
For me, it's Marci and Drow Ranger
morph and ember for me; didn't play meepo but seems similar to arc warden with multi-unit procast
