Just about to finish act 1, and don't get what you're on about. Off the top of my head there's the goblin castle Drow(probably others, but they've been a femdom fetish race since the 80's), the goblin priestess, the druid (who colossally tries to frick everything up until bear daddy comes to rescue), and sort of the gith sergeant and wyll's patron. Oh, and the thieves guild lady. Male leadership has the bear daddy, the gith dragonrider, the captured duke, the tiefling refugee leader, and to a lesser extent the mercenary squad and the guy whose squad you save from the gnolls.
Seems pretty even to me.

They LITERALLY do not allow you to be platonic friends with the male characters. They force you to either go gay, or tell the companions to frick off.
It's the same for all the characters, if you have a female character shadowheart and the gith beg you to frick them and there's no dialogue to just tell them you're not gay.
