I’ll give some context since I was in the actual thread this originated from and it’s a bit of niche Internet lore. This was from 8’s Ganker, which was still pretty active with the Gamergate stuff. When Fortnite was still in early phase, I think even before the battle royale fully released, OP complained about the character design and wanted to promote more conservative female design by turning into a meme. Less fat, minimal make up, emphasis on feminine characteristics, thinner lips, basically small changes without completely compromising her design. I think it was when someone added a lower cut top to show more or her cleavage is when OP and a couple people got pissed because it wasn’t in line with Christian values or something and he just wanted very small changes, so at that point everyone started adding things like nipples, tattoos, some Baywatch tan lines (which I added), a dildo, semen, ahegao, all the juvenile thing we could think of because OP was acting gaygier than usual. OP was genuinely upset and whined that we missed the point of the thread. A few months later, on of the images in the set actually did become a meme for how ridiculous it was and so people started parodying it without realizing the original was already parody. OP came back and was fuming about how we blew our chances or something moronic like that, and everyone laughed at him for a second time.
So, to summarize, it doesn’t really mean anything because it was only made to annoy OP on a rather small image board that no longer exists in any respectable form.
