I cycle, walk and where possible swim, but I'm fortunate enough to live in areas where that's possible. Unless you're in the heart of NY, you should hopefully have something like that close enough.

Emotions are caused by certain chemicals being released. Look up how to release those chemicals in healthy ways. It's just a game mechanic. Make sure certain chems in your brain don't get too low, or you feel negative emotions. These feelings are just your brain telling you what it needs. DO NOT TAKE DRUGS TO FIX DEPRESSION! The long lasting withdrawal symptoms of the come down are not at all worth the very minor effect they have on your mood.
