That's my point, I'm pointing out the sheer obtrusiveness of Miraidon's design. There's no real joke. It's not something you have to see in the context of a joke in the anime.
It's simply a retextured dick with tiny arms and a head slapped onto it. It's not "dick-like", it's just dick. All the other examples are MAYBE stylized, dick-adjacent body shapes. With lots of imagination. But Miraidon? Miraidon is based on dick. The artist drew a big, veiny dick and started from there.
For Christ's sake, they literally had a, "Mine's harder!" joke in the very first season with Metapod. Japan loves suggestive/phallic humor, the dragon is not the first nor the last.
