They actually care about the quality of their products and the integrity of the video game medium, unlike Sony or MS who are only in the business to make a profit

Thus but unironically. Sony shits out the same game repeatedly, and MS kills everything it touches

The developers working there do, the suits not so much.

Building off of this, the suits at Nintendo actually play video games.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sony and Microwiener execs didn't even know what their consoles were called.

well you'd hope a game is polished after being developed over and over again for half a century.

They don't though. Not trying to fanboy. I played Odyssey from 0 to 620 moons and the whole time I encountered zero bugs.

          Which ones?

            Which ones did you experience?

Clipped out of bounds with the glydon in the Sand Kingdom and the frog air swimming one

Kirby released without a day 1 patch, and that somehow made news on gaming sites.

I had a glitch in Kirby that took me out of bounds when I was gliding as the arch

Better quality assurance, I remember reading back in the SNES/N64 days they required games to run for a week without crashing. Also they're not afraid to delay a game until it's ready instead of releasing it half finished like Halo Infinite.

It's bug free if you play it in normal way, but if you're playing the game in a inconvenience way, they are actually plenty. https://youtu.be/8vkh9UO3PnA

Did you even play Super Mario Sunshine?

Sunshine was rushed as frick which is why it's forever the worst 3D mario game.

Melee was rushed as well with an even shorter deadline and is regarded as the best in the seriers, no excuses for Sunshine.

Melee had Iwata there to save the project, by all known accounts dude was a wizard at programming and fixed their shit.

What? The entirety of speedrunning involves around finding as many glitches in as possible.
