If everything was patched properly and the whole game worked as intended they would have the diehard fans actually getting their backs. Because it WAS stated from the beginning that you would need a PSN account to play. But this, on top of everything else wrong means that even the most diehard fans of the game just don't have the energy or desire to defend it after being so sick of the constant content updates with zero intention of actually fixing everything wrong. (Damage over time still doesn't work by the way)
