House turned into plot/character thing starting from Season 3 or so while medical stuff became more bizarre and unrealistic (as pointed out by actual doctors and medical experts) with each following season. Scrubs is probably the most accurate medical TV show, and it's kinda funny when you think about it (other medical TV shows like to take themselves very seriously with a ton of drama while Scrubs is more light-hearted and with a ton of comedy)

Clips of the show do pretty well with the youtube algorithm so I think that has something to do with it, every now and then one of them will get a few million views even thought its just a 10 minute clip of a 15 year old episode.

Hard to imagine the show working somewhere with no Sherlock Holmes lurking in their cultural subconscious.

I don't think Nintendo paid him but his character is that he likes videogames and is fairly skilled at them. He also described arceus as the creator of everything or something like that

I bought the DVDs back when I was a Warcraft goldseller. Snort adderall, play WoW for 20 hours while marathoning box set after box set of every TV show ever, making $7 an hour. What a life. Shame I barely remember any of it because of all the drugs.
