Why are (You) like this, internet?

You could say it's many factors, but millennials are not this stupid. We are baffled by your love of Fromsoft games and Fortnite.

I really can’t explain the feeling I get when I think about something creepy happening while I’m driving. Just the feeling that you’re somewhat safe inside of a vehicle, given how quick you could flee, combined with the loneliness and isolation of a dark abandoned road making me feel vulnerable. I wish movies/games had more night driving horror.

I just had a revelation that I do not enjoy video games at all
I just play them because it's the only opportunity I have to feel superior to other people but then I lose anyway even after tens of thousands of hours of practice and I want to kill myself
    I am done
I'm never playing video games again

You are merely learning why competitive gaming is dying. The people that are good, are REALLY good. So much so that the vast majority of players are outclassed at all times of the day, so they walk from the genre, not the entire hobby.

This another thing you need to learn: FRICK what Ganker says. If you do better in sports/normie games, than those are the games you should play.

I have a below-one kd ratio probably in every game. Not that I ever play games to try to improve. I know I am over the hill and it's not going to get any better. I don't even have any friends to play with.

Sounds like a competitivegay problem. I mostly play games to appreciate the artistry, or have fun with some controlled chaos. Dying often IS fun.

Our lives aren't actually stressful in the slightest, the vast majority of the stress we experience is either manufactured (maintaining social relationships, peer pressure) or self-inflicted (poor lifestyle choices, extreme short-term goals), so our entertainment has to provide emotional stimulation that our dull lives normally wouldn't provide us

Video games aren't stressful, you just don't know how to relax. I can have a relaxing, fun time playing Darksouls, Touhou or fighting games. Get a grip homosexual

The most "stressful" video games are absolutely nothing compared to how stressful real life can be. What that Twitter user calls stressful I would probably just call challenging. I like being challenged in video games.

Dogs and cats have short lives, but this is a blessing in disguise that can help prepare us to cope with the inevitability of the death of our loved ones.
Even when you lose a pet, you can eventually cope with the loss knowing that they loved you and that you gave them a good life.

            >and that you gave them a good life.
NTA, ever since my childhood cat died what nagged at me was that she was sterilized,
completely isolated from other animals, and kept alive by dry pellets. I've never thought that she lived a good life. She didn't even die comfortably, she aged until she was bony and blind and vomited everywhere and my moron mother would get angry at the cat for vomiting and force the blind cat to stay outside all the time until she went missing.

              Anonymous

I don't like how we play god with these animals either, but I don't think there's anything unethical at all about adopting animals from shelters. It astounds me that people ever saw fit to declaw cats.
The onus isn't on you for what happened to that cat, it's on your mom. I hope you at least have some happy memories of time that you spent with that cat.

If you got good at playing games as a kid, getting a job wont suddenly make you lose that.
It's okay to accept you're just shit at games. Or that you take failure way too personally, because of psychological issues.
